Gerne wieder - Zentraler gehts nicht - Hotel mit besonderem Flair

Das Hotel liegt Zentral im Grachtenviertel in der Stadtmitte. Von hier aus kann man die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen und schön durch die Stadt Bummeln. Das Hotel hat durch seine Geschichte und die Austattung ein wirklich besonderes Flair. Das Personal ist, von einer Ausnahme abgesehen, sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam. Ich würde das Hotel trotzt des unschönen Vorfalls mit einer Mitarbeiterin im Café immer wieder für einen Besuch in Amsterdam wählen, zumal sich das Management wirklich gut und professionell zu dem Vorfall verhalten hat.

Posizione eccezionale e comodissima per tutto. Albergo situato in una delle piazze più "vive" di Amsterdam.
Colazione veramente buona, sia per la parte dolce che per quella salata.
Personale molto gentile.
Comodissima la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli custoditi anche molto prima del check in.

Cons:

In fase di prenotazione avevo selezionato una camera con letto matrimoniale (e non doppio), ma poi mi è arrivata una mail dall'albergo per informarmi che la camera con il matrimoniale non sarebbe stata garantita, e infatti ce ne hanno dato una con letti doppi.
Camera bella, anche se lo spazio davanti al letto per andare in bagno era davvero molto stretto. Camera senza vista e praticamente su un tetto.
Il secondo giorno, probabilmente perché siamo usciti dopo le 9:30, non ci hanno pulito la camera.
La camera era situata alla fine di un corridoio molto stretto, con due rampe di scale dai gradini minuscoli e senza ascensore.

Un week-end confortable
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour les 80 ans de mon père. Pour l’occasion, l’hôtel avait laissé un petit cadeau dans sa chambre, c’est très appréciable.
L’hôtel est très bien situé (tramway au pied de l’hôtel) et que le personnel est très serviable et chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Les chambres sont confortables et bien aménagées. La literie est confortable.

Cons:

Si vous êtes sensibles aux bruits demandez une chambre avec vue sur l’arrière et non la place qui est bruyante (place très animée le soir)

Top lage dachte man aber genau viavis ist eine disco für 3000 personen
Musik hörte man fast nicht aber das geschrrie der leute auf der straße bis 4 uhr früh
Jetzt weiss man warum am nachtkästchen ohrenstöpsel liegen.
