All in all we had an enjoyable stay!
Pros:

Wonderful location, helpful maître d staff, front desk responded to requests in a timely fashion. Very clean. Good lighting in the room.

Cons:

We had requested 2 twin beds at the time of booking and I also emailed the property 2 days before arrival. The room did not have twin beds but one double (?queen?) when we arrived. They said we could be switched to a different room the following day. I’m not sure how else I could have set that up for success? They did call and offer an alternate the next morning, but it would’ve meant we would have to pack up our things and then our baggage would’ve been stored for the day. We also were afraid we might end up with a smaller room because they said there was no guarantee. I will say the housekeeping department was very helpful bringing my sister and I 2 twin duvets.
The room was very hot. The Air conditioner did not seem to work well. We asked for assistance but we were told that the air gets shut off for 3 hrs in the late morning and it should cool
off shortly. I remained quite warm but we like a very cool room for overnight sleeping, probably cooler than most.

Staff nice, but barely helpful
Pros:

We got changed to a better room, the first one had a broken TV and really no room to walk around with suitcases.

Cons:

Broken TV, staff was unable to help me with an emergency dental problem, very unhelpful, it took a while to get them to give me the zip code so I could make a dental appointment. They should have the names of doctors and dentist in case there is an emergency, instead they offered to google it???

Pros:

This was my third stay in the same hotel in one year. I love everything about this property. The location is very safe and convenient. Breakfast is delicious. Staff are very friendly and cooperative
