Wonderful hotel, large room, clean, excellent breakfast, super friendly staff. And the most beautiful stained glass window in the bathroom! The location is amazing, right in the center, a beautiful square, lots of cafes and shops. The best two days of my vacation.

I stayed here twice for a short business trip and found it ideal for work. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport and major business areas. The room was modern, quiet, and well equipped: comfortable bed, good desk and chair, strong Wi‑Fi, and plenty of power outlets.
Breakfast was efficient and varied, perfect for an early start, and the staff were professional and responsive. Overall, a reliable, no‑frills choice for business (and not only) travelers in Amsterdam.
Lage
Extrem laute Zimmer, 5 und 6 Stock, Entlüftungsrohr neben Fenster, im 6. Stock sah man oberhalb vom Bett an der Zimmerdecke ein mutmaßlichens Überlaufrohr - von Klima am Dach?, wo man es nachts zusätzlich zum Lärm von außerhalb des Zimmers sehr laut Tropfen hörte. Am Nachttisch lagen schon Oropax bereit, unglaubliche Frechheit, nicht zu empfehlen!!! Antwort auf Reklamation: tut leid, beim nächsten Mal schauen wir um ein anderes Zimmer....
Excelente ubicación, te puedes mover caminando a todas partes, muchos restaurantes y pubs cerca. El servicio del hotel es muy bueno, desde la recepción hasta el restaurante. Un hotel antiguo pero muy bien mantenido.
La zona en la noche puede ser un poco ruidosa y de difícil acceso.

Rooms facing the square can be noisy in a Saturday night, but the windows are well fitted and the provision of complimentary earplugs is a nice touch!

Friendly staff, very clean hotel, perfect location, and hotel has a very Dutch and old world feel. When I return I will stay here again.
Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi parte della città con il tram che si ferma proprio sotto l’hotel. Inoltre a piedi puoi muoverti per raggiungere molti luoghi di interesse. La sera la zona adiacente era molto popolata e piena di locali.
L’hotel è un po’ datato, ma ha una lunga storia che parte dagli inizi del ‘900. Ci sono molte opere d’arte nell’hotel stesso.
Le stanze sono completamente ristrutturate.
