Great location and friendly staff. Food and drinks in restaurant were good

The staff were very kind and helpful from the moment we booked through checking out. Anna in the restaurant was lovely, she greeted us warmly every morning and was very professional. The location was fantastic. The rooms were very comfortable. The food was very good. We loved the feel of the hotel and it was very clean.

Incredible service & hospitality, and centrally located. You cannot do much better if planning a trip to Amsterdam! The room was spacious and the breakfast was incredible. Also, if you're into fitness, the gym access they provide is incredible and only one block over.

Nice room, good view - all undone by crap service. I paid for breakfast on the first morning by card, not on the bill, and their system didn't register it even though it had gone through my bank account. Then they hassled us for 24 hours for the payment. This included asking my wife three times where her husband was without explaining why. They were pretty rude about it. She was confused as you might imagine. Finally they asked me to prove I had paid...I showed my bank app with the transaction....they insisted on a screenshot of it, presumably for their records. It was a pretty offensive experience. Oh and the food we had when we arrived (dinner) was very poor for a hotel of this level. Avoid the soggy beetroot burger - bun and burger all merged in texture and tasted of very little.

フロントスタッフは親切で、チェックイン時に行き先までの行き方聞いたら、乗るべき電車をメモに書いてくれました。部屋は毎日きれいに清掃されていました。お水の補充もありました。シャワーの水圧、ヘアドライヤーの風力も強くて良かったです。Rokin駅から近く、毎朝静かな運河とダム広場を見ながら出かけました。安心感のあるホテルでした。

Absolutely awful experience with nice running around everywhere and cold food Should be shut down

Stayed here for 3 nights in April. Really relaxed hotel with great vibe. Nice to sit in the bar area and chill after busy days out and about. Rooms not serviced every day generally but they were happy to do so at no extra charge.

The price-performance ratio is completely unreasonable. Unfortunately, very disappointing. The room was extremely small, with standard furnishings and nothing special.

What a great spot to stay for a few days while visiting Amsterdam. Perfect location to walk to everything we wanted to see. Most comfortable bed and bedding. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend becoming a Hoxton member to use their loyalty program.

The hotel is located just in the center of a cool restaurant and stores location, great vibe and service.

The hotel bar and restaurant is increíble

We recently had a group of 19 clients stay at The Hoxton in Amsterdam. The hotel definitely has a very trendy, “hip” vibe, which may appeal to a younger crowd. However, one thing that stood out right away was the lobby—it was consistently filled with people working on laptops who did not appear to be hotel guests. It gave the space more of a public coworking feel than a welcoming area for travelers.

The hotel itself was fine overall, but there were some drawbacks. Once on your floor, there were quite a few stairs to navigate, which could be inconvenient, especially for guests with luggage.

The rooms were acceptable, but for the price point, the value didn’t quite match expectations. Several of us had poor views from our windows, which was disappointing given the cost.

One of the biggest challenges for our group was the lack of a dedicated space to gather before excursions. With a group our size, having a comfortable meeting area is important, and this hotel didn’t really accommodate that need.

In summary, while The Hoxton has a stylish atmosphere, it may not be the best fit for groups or travelers looking for a more traditional hotel experience with functional common spaces.

Great location and cool environment. Suggest 'roomy' or above. Rooms are definitely on the smaller side. Not that we were in the room that much but when we were it was tight.

staff: sweet and charming (could be a little chaotic) The manager needs to have a look in one evening...I think service could be more efficient. Bad point:the plates were cold!
