Quite dated but worth the cost; charming building in a wonderful downtown location

The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The room was comfortable, and we loved the location.

The bathroom area was difficult to access, and there was a lot of grime/build-up on the faucets and light fixtures.

The location and hotel were nice. The location of our room and disturbances made our stay unenjoyab

The location was great. The room was spacious and clean

Cons:

I was extremely unhappy with the room we were in as we were next to a smoking area outside and the first night there were very loud guests smoking well after 11:30 and you could tell they had been drinking. Our last morning we were woken up by loud church music from a service being held in the room next to our hotel room. I do not believe our room should be rented out to guests. It ruined our stay.

It was decent but will not book it again when I come back.

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable. They did not have actual comforters on the beds, it was a mattress pad as a comforter. And the tv in my room 227 did not work. When it was time to leave that morning & head back to my home state, I took the mattress pad down to the front desk to let them know that the bed was already like that before I got there. And they acted like they didn’t care. They just told me to take it back up to my room. I also didn’t know there’d be inside rooms as well, & how to book those rooms.

Pros:

Old Hotel with small rooms but well maintained beautiful building.

Cons:

My room was next to the elevator and you could hear everything.

Friendly and comfortable!
Pros:

The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and had plenty of parking. The overall hotel was clean and comfortable. Our room was very spacious and clean. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The included breakfast was excellent with quality hot and cold items. I would definitely stay again and recommend to my friends/family!
