I wasn't compensated with an option similar to the original room I booked instead I was offered a handicapped room and in order to get a room like the one I booked I would've had to pay more but it wasn't my problem the room I booked wasn't available once I arrived and the on staff worker at that time was very mean and unsympathetic
I liked that it was in a little downtown area.
The staff ,everybody I had to talk too had a bad attitude,it was not welcoming at all , no hospitality what so ever . Check in was at 3 and they had a whole line in the lobby of f people waiting to be checked in so by the time I checked in it was exhausted 😴 coming from a long trip and to have to interact with a staff like this was not ok.
We love everything about staying here. How close it is to historic downtown, the staff friendliness, how close we are to so much.

I had a great room location. It was 1st floor just around the corner from the Booking Desk.
Breakfast was excellent. The waffle was great....Eggs and Sausage were Outstanding. All staff were exceptional.

I was charged on booking card and card showed at check in. I asked if I could change and was told yes but then both cards were charged. Told to call back in a few days if one didn't drop.

Location to Atlanta and Senoia for TWD film locations was great! Half an hour drive either way, get the metro from College Park, free parking. Thanks to the receptionist for the tip on that!
Breakfast was very good, there was a friendly member of staff refilling all the time.
Super comfy beds, good air con and large modern rooms with good furniture. You could definitely stay here for a week.
