Pros:

Location, staff, free coffee in the lobby

Cons:

Our room was pretty cold. Maintenence came once which helped a little bit, but didn't resolve the problem.

Great stay! Will rebook with this hotel when we re-visit Chicago
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great, we were able to walk to a bunch of attractions/resturants by foot and there was also a train station close by. The staff were so friendly and always greeted our children when we were entering or leaving the lobby. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view from the window!

Cons:

The room is little outdated, but wasn't a major issue as they were clean and comfy.
