Great location
Pros:

The location was perfect doe a weekend chicago trip, close to everything

Cons:

Hotel room was small and looked old, furniture was chipped and bed were not comfortable at all, light kept flickering and lamp sockets were so loose.

Great Location
Pros:

Check-in, very easy. Walking from the South Shore train line was easy-breezy. 10% off next door at eateries was nice. We liked the view of the statues across the street and the museum campus. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The location was perfect for a nice walk to Wintrust Arena for a show (about a mile) or an easy hop onto the CTA bus, the CTA train wasn't too far away either at Roosevelt.

Cons:

The bed was a little too firm for our liking, a mattress topper would have been preferred. The furniture looked dirty but actually it appeared that the cleaning supplies they use are striping some of the wood finish off, making it look hazy and not clean. The gap under the door was so large that you see feet walk past in the hallway.

Pros:

Very comfortable bed. Location is great. Close to the main sites as well as to great restaurants, grocery stores, subway stations, etc. Really helpful and kind staff.

Cons:

AC/heating is a bit old. Not bad, but not the best for those of us who suffer from sinus allergies.

It was convenient, clean and cold.
Pros:

Easy to get to, very clean, staff was very friendly and courteous the few times I dealt with them.

Cons:

The room was very cold. The heating couldn’t keep up even on highest setting. I know it was extremely cold outside but it was warmer in the hallway and lobby than in my room.

Worst hotel ever
Pros:

I like the shower and the bed

Cons:

That it was cold the heat didn't work and there was no mircowave in the rooms or refrigerators and the only ice machine that worked was only on the 4th floor even though there is a ice machine on almost every floor
