Great location but not super conducive to sleep
Pros:

The location is great - close to Roosevelt station. The staff were very nice.

Cons:

The drapes were not light blocking. The room was very noisy - the windows don’t keep any city noise out and a nearby building had an alarm that went off multiple times a day for the full week. The pillows were terrible - flat and hard.

It was close to the main attractions we were visiting.

Cons:

Staff lacked to communicate basic rules about valet parking. They never mentioned the time I needed to move my car as I was just parking it there for one of the 4 days of my stay. They charge $58 per night and additional $15 if you move it past 4pm. My room door also didn’t close. I had to slam it shut.

The room was clean and the house keepers were pleasent

Cons:

Valye drivers were mean, staff was unpleasing, people surrounding the building harassed customers for money with threats.
