Pros:

Close to the attractions that we wanted to go to.Walkes everywhere we went. Had valet parking which was great. Didn't have to worry about my vehicle at all, was in secure parking garage.

Cons:

Wish it would have had breakfast buffet, although the bakery on site was delicious.

The location to the lake.

Cons:

It was noisy. The train was only a couple blocks away. And people were dragging racing on Michigan Ave. could hear it all night.

The bed didn’t sleep good out had a sink in the middle of it when laying on it , and made lots of noises getting in and out of it and the plugs are bad in there the lamp plugs was loosing and didn’t work on the window side of the bed , quite honestly, I felt that the room was a fire hazard the plugged up to the fridge and microwave was bad and the fridge didn’t cool probably 😳🧐☹️😡

The hotel location served my purpose.
Pros:

The location cannot be beat. Near everything. The staff were very nice and professional. The room was clean.

Cons:

The building is very old. It could use updating. The location had many homeless people camping out around it. Made me a bit uncomfortable. No one approached me but at night there was a lot of shouting on the street.
