La ubicacion es perfecta. El hotel tiene instalaciones muy buenas y modernas. La atencion del personal fue excelente. Tiene un supermercado a la vuelta y el Buddy Guy’s Legends esta a 5 min. Caminando.
Todo perfecto, lo unico para comentar es el tema del desayuno, deberia tener alguna opcion incluyendolo.
The breakfast was misleading. I paid extra to have breakfast included. However, there was not actual breakfast, they gave us a voucher for Paris Baguettes that was located in the same building. We did not like this at all.
The rooms were not very clean and literally falling apart. The toilet was wiggly, there was a random wet spot on the carpet in our room for the whole 3 days we were there.

Location is by far the best part of this hotel. Walking distance from main CTA and Metro lines, Millenium park, museums and most big attractions. The staff was very polite and helpful when needed.
Water was mild temperature at most. Never really warm considering we are in fall , there were chilly mornings. Little bit old buildings, but very clean.
All hotel staff were professional, courteous, and made you feel welcome. Daily housekeeping maintained clean rooms throughout my stay (3 nights). In-room AC/heater worked flawlessly. Water pressure and hot water was in working order. Hotel patrons were very quiet (during my stay, at least). I was fortunate to receive a corner room during my stay -- I highly recommend this type of room. Access to Paris Baguette (bakery) was a bonus. Excellent location along S. Michigan Ave. and easy to walk to Chicago's landmarks.
The building and the room I stayed are showing their age (i.e., a bit tired) but they demonstrate previous and current renovations and/or maintenance. The security lock (in my room) was not secured to the door frame. The TV-cable offering is very basic. The coaxial cable from wall to TV was loose/disconnected.
Location
I was put in a handicap room with just a shower which is fine but the curtain was short and the shower rod was curved so all the water flooded the floor. I mean bad. Bed was uncomfortable and had 3 very small uncomfortable pillows. Train and road noise was also very loud and made it hard to sleep. Very thin walls. For $800 for 2 nights I expected much more.
The location is amazing- close to all amenities.
The rooms need updating especially the pillows and beds
The bathrooms need better ventilation fans
Place is rundown, old, outdated, didn’t seem very clean. I had to go out and buy a pillow because the ones there were so bad. Think I heard domestic violence incident in one of the rooms which I reported to hotel staff.
