The food was really good
The lady who checked us in was very rude we felt like she was judging us and then our room smelled like cat pee

It was not very clean we have been staying at this hotel for our casino Dave and buster date nights for over a year, we have watched the cleanliness decline during this time. The rooms the hallway and the stair wells.
Our first night, we discovered stained bedding with hairs that were not ours. The shower shelf also had what appeared to be pubic hairs, which was extremely unsettling and raised serious concerns about cleanliness. The shower head was not properly fastened to the wall, adding to the overall sense of poor maintenance. There were visible rips in the wallpaper, strange stains on the walls, and the heater/AC unit was dirty and covered in dust.
The main lobby frequently smelled like sewage, making common areas unpleasant. The pillows were beyond poor quality—flat, uncomfortable, and felt as though they were filled with dust rather than proper support.
The breakfast buffet was equally disappointing. If you enjoy watery eggs, this breakfast is for you.
Overall, this property is run down and does not meet the cleanliness, comfort, or quality standards expected from a Marriott-branded hotel. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

Our room was ready but not really clean..the hotel definitely needs some updates..skip breakfast it wasn't very good

Clean. Good value for short stay. Breakfast area was clean, and well stocked.
Breakfast was ok, not many choices, not impressed by coffee. ? yogurts ? milk for coffee.
Bathroom shower in room not very clean.
Ground floor, smelt moldy, wallpaper and paint pealing, smoke detector was removed.
Bedsheet , pillow and comforter are old looking and seen yellow stains.

The bedroom originally assigned smelled terribly, a mix of smoking and humidity, the second bedroom assigned upon request for a change due to the odor of the 1st bedroom, smelled, less strongly but it had a bad smell also the bathroom shower walls were dirty, pink mold dirty.The elevator carpet was not clean.
Shower was not in great shape, but I appreciated the complimentary bottle of water!
The rooms smells like cat urine terrible. A can of febreze would not even mask the smell. Has a horrible odor as soon as you enter lobby
The room was ok, just a tad tired. It is located next to commercial properties that start operating early in the morning. So, if backup beepers and unloading noises are your thing, you're in luck.
Only one night stay so hard to have much information. Certainly a short trip to the airport in Manchester, N.H. 8 minute drive.

We were charged for something we did not purchase * i was told to wait & see if it came off.
When I went to get a receipt, the same older woman told me there was a problem with my MC(I don't have a MC) She insisted she needed another card even though it was prepaid. Waiting to see what happens there. Might be a double

Nice place to spend a night. Very clean and nice place. Only two (2) minor problems. First exhaust fan is bathroom was trying to work but didn't. Secondly, weeds growing around the pool deck. Other than that nice place with easy parking and nice breakfast at moderate price. Thank you.
The location is very convenient not far from the highway and close to the Mall of NH. The room was good size, clean and quiet. Good breakfast. Nice stay overall.
