The property is nice, parking ok, the room was clean, just what was expected for the listed price during the high season.
The issue was that the hotel should inform potential clients that a “BIG” event will take place 50 meters from its premises. This is a 3 days event and I had the “pleasure” of hearing only the first evening. It started at about 17:00 with instruments testing and full blast at 21:30 until 5:00 in the morning!!! It was HEAVY METAL concert with huge speakers blasted through the night...
We were given a room at street level with windows looking at the concert venue! At 18:00 hours we asked for a room facing the opposite side and our request was processed successfully, still the music could be heard probably from few kilometers away in the valley.
Great location, great property, horrible care for its customers.

Manque de propreté. Toiles et araignées. Excréments de mouche. Couette tachée.

Sejour en demi-pension de trois jours très bien passé sans surprises tarifaire.
Nous avons trouvés une cuisine familliale et le personnel au petits soins.

Rustige omgeving. Kamer kan behoorlijk warm worden in de zomer ondanks de lage temperatuur in de nacht buiten. Ze hebben geen arco of ventilator beschikbaar.

Enjoyed the view. Town, La Massana, is a 15 minute walk down the mountain. L6 Busses 1.8 Euro per person, run every 15 minutes to La Vella from the bus stop in town. There is another bus 1 Euro that goes up and down the mountain if you don't enjoy the hike. Should have a car if you are staying here. Plenty of free parking during the summer. Staff was very helpful although it helps to know some Spanish.

Tres bon accueil,personnel agréable ,prévenant et très aimable. Chambre grande ,literie confortable. Nous pensons y revenir. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux.

Personal atento, camas cómodas, el aseo antiguo, pero limpio. Mobiliario reformado. Comida normal, no es buffet (excepto el desayuno). Ubicación tranquila.

La verdad fue mi agradable todo la limpieza el servicio y todo en general súper recomendable.

Ottimo qualità prezzo! Temperatura della stanza calda. Letti comodi. Per quello che ho pagato è stato un regalo. Ci torneró.

Hôtel très bien tenu , chambre nickel est confortable , repas du soir et petit déjeuner très correct , parking.
