Clean, comfortable bed, decent shower

Cons:

Staff not very friendly. Breakfast was pretty much none existent, unless you like coffee grounds in your coffee with your pop tarts .

Comfy and affordable
Pros:

Very spacious room. Top tier cleanliness, staff made it easy to check in. Very comfortable

This property was disappointing especially for the price. The room was not clean . I can see many stains on wall and doors . The room needs a deep clean . The bedding did not smell as clean as it should be . The noise from the room above ours was horrible . I kept hearing footsteps all night . Floor was creeping . The air conditioner was not that cold .

Decent stay for a rare find that allows for 5 people in one room
Pros:

Staff was very kind and communicative about procedures, they also allowed us to do a luggage drop off and gave the room key in advance. The room had all the basics and everything functioned fine.

Cons:

The complimentary breakfast was almost always just fruit and pop-tarts, I think that could be improved but it didn't seem that they had much of cooking facilities in the first place. Our bathroom shower was a bit less than ideal since the provided soap bottles on the wall were clearly empty and the area around the attachment had black spots on the wall. There were full replacement bottles left on the ledge at least. The desk chair in our room was an office type rolling chair that was very dusty. With the layout of the room the king bed area warmed up a lot more because it wasn't directly by the AC as the other two beds were - also not as ideal especially for a summer stay. It also would have been nice if the minifridge had a freezer compartment.

Don’t even try it
Pros:

The best thing about this place is that it’s right behind by the Stonewood mall. This gave me a chance to leave the room a lot for some casual shopping because I did not want to be in there too long. The room was old and dirty and I had to do so much of my own personal cleaning before feeling somewhat comfortable. Bring some bug spray if you decide to come too as I killed 3 flies, 2 spiders, and 2 baby roaches during my 6 night stay. The funny thing is I was out for so much of the day so who knows what else I didn’t see crawling around while I was gone. Don’t waste your money here.

The room was okay overall as far as comfort is concerned.
Pros:

Bed was comfy enough. Proximity to eateries, stores and other facilities was convenient, and within easy walking distance.

Cons:

No breakfast was provided for guests. Lighting by the front door of the room was not adequate with only one, small light. Chairs by the desk and bathroom could have been more comfortable with upholstery. No spa or pool were available. Bed covers were not exactly up to specifications by being rather thinly quilted.
