The room was okay overall as far as comfort is concerned.
Pros:

Bed was comfy enough. Proximity to eateries, stores and other facilities was convenient, and within easy walking distance.

Cons:

No breakfast was provided for guests. Lighting by the front door of the room was not adequate with only one, small light. Chairs by the desk and bathroom could have been more comfortable with upholstery. No spa or pool were available. Bed covers were not exactly up to specifications by being rather thinly quilted.

If more had been done to discount our room due to the inconvenience, we may have considered staying again, but this hote
Pros:

The location was nice and served us great for what we were in town for.

Cons:

The room was not as clean as would be expected. There was dust accumulated on the headboards, and bathroom fan vent. There were crumbs and left behind gunk in one of the table chairs. The floors were disgusting and left our feet black. There were ants coming out of the drains on both the bathroom counters and bathtub. When we asked for a discount for these concerns we were only offered to move to a new room, after already staying and unpacking in the current room for a night. It was inconvenient and then they tried to offer to move our stuff for us. We did not want unknown people moving our personal belongings so we decided to stay in the current room. Nothing was done to try and curb the ant problem. They were crawling on the walls, counters, towels, and wall spigots for the shower.

Pros:

I love the rainfall shower and cleanliness of the bathroom.

Cons:

They don’t restock everything completely like the bag for the ice bucket and the body wash dispenser in the shower was broken. I also didn’t appreciate being charged for my stay just a couple hours after I booked, when I had selected the “pay at the property” option. If they were going to do that anyway, what’s the point of the option?

Poor PR at the reception, otherwise reasonable for the price.

Rude man at the reception, sometimes no one at the reception,said I could check out when I pointed out that the safe was not working,minimal breakfast, safe not working in the room, no brochure describing the facility.
