Friendly staff and a great location, but the lack of an elevator made it hard for my mother.

Great suite stay in Orlando!

We loved our stay at Sonesta ES Suites. The suite was spacious and spotless, with a full kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals and keep the family comfortable. Having a separate living area gave us room to relax after long days out in Orlando. The beds were comfy, the staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, and it's a great value and a convenient base for exploring the area. We had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi during our stay, but that may have been due to the storm. We'll happily stay again. Four stars!

Cons:

What could have been better?
There was no elevator, and no ground-floor rooms were available, so we had to take a third-floor room. I was traveling with my 80-year-old mother, who has a heart condition, and climbing two flights of stairs was very difficult for her. Guests with mobility or health needs should be able to see up front that there's no elevator, and the property should hold a ground-floor room for them.

The staff were super friendly and very informative. Made sure you were aware of any hidden costs up front. Loved that we had 2 bedrooms and a kitchenette as well!

Cons:

No elevators! Good thing they had 1 room left on bottom level!
Had to pay for daily parking!

El equipamiento de la cocina, los 2 dormitorios en suite, el aire acondicionado, veladores en la mesita de luz, cargadores usb para celular , la piscina grande y limpia, lavarropas y secadoras. El centro comercial al lado con un supermercado espectacular y el otro centro comercial con restaurantes y comida rápida. Especialmente bueno el restaurante mexicano.

Le faltan sillas en el comedor al departamento no hay siquiera 4.

Great Place!
Pros:

It was perfect. A lot of thought and design work went into making the space useful. The room was spacious and very well organized in that there was a place for everything. USB plugs were built into the nightstands and most of the outlets had them as well. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Great Lobby, lots of spaces to hang out outdoors on the property. It even has an outdoor kitchen/grill area. It was a fun place for us to stay, close to Disney World. No complaints.

Pros:

The 2-bedroom apartment was very comfy for a family of 4 with small children. The kitchen has all you need (make sure you buy coffee filters!). It was clean and all worked well.

Cons:

They charge a daily $15 parking fee because parking is kind of limited. Just one person at check out time on Monday.
