Ficamos hospedados 5 dias no hotel e não realizaram a limpeza no quarto em nenhum dia, tivemos que tirar os lixos e deixar na porta ao lado de fora, e solicitar toalhas novas pois não fizeram a troca.
Os atendentes são bem ríspidos tbm, nada amigável ou solícitos.

Convenient and comfortable for travel with dog, expensive taxes and added parking fees and no WiFi detracted from our ex

Cons:

Property was advertised on booking.com as including breakfast but apparently I didn’t make the right selection so we had a surprise the next morning and had to hit the grocery store. Just pay close attention when booking.

There was No Wi-Fi (apparently a part was broken and on reorder). I was credited $15 per night but that won’t cover my cell bill and it was super inconvenient as we had waited to book our local experiences for after we arrived in FL

We were not aware there is a parking fee of $15 per day and significant Taxes are added to everything! So that was taxed as well as taxes added to the pet fee of $75.

Floors were a bit dirty, beds were just ok in comfort (not uncomfortable)

I like the space and the room we had in our suite. I also enjoyed the location of the hotel.

Cons:

Firstly, they told me the WiFi in our assigned building was spotty, they never told me it didn’t work at all. We had absolutely no WiFi the entire time we were there. Couldn’t make calls or send/receive texts and were unable to order Ubers and food. Also the safe in our room was broken. I tried to email about it, but it never sent as we had no connection. The lady at the front desk made the check in process much more complicated than it needed to be and even told me I had no reservation despite me not only reserving but also prepaying in advance. The pool area was very dirty with lots of things floating in the hot tub. Kids were screaming and splashing us, and there were no pool towels at the time we were there. It was incredibly loud in our room and hardly soundproof. They waived the parking fee due to the WiFi, but I don’t think it made up for the troubles it caused us.
