That the staff was having to deal with their systems down. They did a great job with how they handled it and were all so friendly and helpful.

Good spacious room, some highway noise
Pros:

Spacious room, close to bus stop for 230, good breakfast, microwave.

Cons:

Highway noise if room faces that way. No fridge/milk.

I was disappointed that it was not a complimentary breakfast, and it costs money. Especially after paying over 200 for a room

Cons:

I was also charged 109 on one card and the 254 on another card

It was okay.
Pros:

Customer service was nice.

Cons:

It could have been a little bit more cleaner. Such as the sink faucet having caked up white stuff on it. Paying to park after I paid for a room was a little too much as well.

Very disappointed. I will never stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was the worst that I have ever had at a hotel. I expected a lot more for the price. The breakfast attendant was superb on the contrary. Thirty dollars for parking was a ripoff. There was no courtesy carts to help with our luggage. The staff was nice.

Cons:

A continental breakfast would have been better. Parking payment is should be reduced.

Pros:

Your front of the house staff checking in and out was beyond amazing. Ordered room service and they were great as well

Cons:

Your WHOLE housekeeping staff is trash. The dust was so thick that we could not get it off. Ended up placing towels on the chairs. The bedroom connected to bathroom has bugs in the bed. Something ate my forehead up while I was asleep and the ONLY reason I slept on that room cause it was the only bed that had a cover
