Horrible Hotel

Friendly staff upon check in

Cons:

Could not take a shower because it didn't work, also the air conditioner sounded like a loud hammer hitting metal every time it kicked on so you wake up every 20 minutes to it. I was scammed

Comfortable room good breakfast

Cons:

We had to check out one night before due to a medical issue (broken wrist) and we’re not able to get one night refund or response from the hotel and also booking tries to contact them for us with no reply. Front desk was not helpful with the matter. Room is not being cleaned daily.

La cama era muy comoda y esta bueno que tiene una pequena heladera.
El gimnasio y la pileta muy bien.
La atencion del staff excelente!

Cons:

La verdad que quede muy decepcionada de este hospedaje, las fotos nada que ver con lo que es en verdad, necesitaba una pintura la habitacion, el baño muy mal, muy antiguo.
La limpieza no estaba bien cuando llegamos ni durante la estadia.
Relacion precio calidad, muy disconforme para ser que es parte del sheraton.
