Comfortable room good breakfast

Cons:

We had to check out one night before due to a medical issue (broken wrist) and we’re not able to get one night refund or response from the hotel and also booking tries to contact them for us with no reply. Front desk was not helpful with the matter. Room is not being cleaned daily.

La atencion del staff excelente!

Cons:

La verdad que quede muy decepcionada de este hospedaje, las fotos nada que ver con lo que es en verdad, necesitaba una pintura la habitacion, el baño muy mal, muy antiguo.
La limpieza no estaba bien cuando llegamos ni durante la estadia.
Relacion precio calidad, muy disconforme para ser que es parte del sheraton.

Overall it was a good place to stay. Looking forward to another trip to Dallas!
Pros:

Its location was very centric as everything was near by. Common areas were pretty. Beds were comfortable and good amenities provided in the room. Food was good and service at the restaurant was great.

Cons:

Attention to detail was lacking at the restaurant area: ceilings were dirty, moldings and walls needed repainting.
Attention to detail was lacking at the room: bathroom mirror was broken, bed sheets were stained, and bathtub drain was clogged. Suggestion: parking should be included with the stay.

Room was not clean
Microwave didn’t work - fire appeared when using call the desk three never got a replacement. I was told they would come in up in 30 minutes. Day two called again still no came with new microwave.

Nice place to stay when traveling.
Pros:

It was a nice place for a layover before traveling on. The staff was very friendly and greeted me when I arrived. We stayed on the 10th floor. The hallway was hot when we got off the elevator. The room was cool and clean. The TV would go in and out of signal which was disappointing. The breakfast was outstanding! Such variety. Not the usual. The staff lady at breakfast was so sweet and helpful.

The breakfast was outstanding. Not the typical eggs, they were southwestern style. Lots of variety. The staff lady was so friendly and helpful.

The floor we stayed on was hot in the hallway. The room was cool but still. The tv was in and out of signal.

Thought breakfast was included in price but was not. Too much chlorine in hot tub/pool; first room had dirty underwear left on balcony; staff immediately gave us a new room. New room looked like it had blood splatter on bathroom door and shower curtain. Housekeeping sanitized bathroom and changed shower curtain immediately.
