Pros:

I love this hotel it is always very neat and clean
This is not my first time staying here, The staff does a wonderful job at making you feel welcomed and they are always willing to help

Pros:

Your front of the house staff checking in and out was beyond amazing. Ordered room service and they were great as well

Cons:

Your WHOLE housekeeping staff is trash. The dust was so thick that we could not get it off. Ended up placing towels on the chairs. The bedroom connected to bathroom has bugs in the bed. Something ate my forehead up while I was asleep and the ONLY reason I slept on that room cause it was the only bed that had a cover

The actual hotel was ok
Pros:

The experience was fair for the price. Location was great. Parking decent. The front desk lady that checked us in was awesome.

Cons:

The hall and elevator smelled like marijuana the entire time. Our bath tub did not drain properly and filled with water when taking a shower. After calling the guest services desk almost 10 times and finally getting someone and letting them know we needed extra towel that never showed up. House keeping barged in the room at 9:30 (before checkout) after knocking once with no answer(I was sleeping). I believe that was it.

Fun weekend, Not a fun stay.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The Location of the hotel was a great for what we needed to do during our trip.

Cons:

The room itself was not the greatest I've seen. Most of the walls had dents, scrapes, and chipped paint on them. There was a handle on the sliding door that was broken and barely on. When we tried to shower the water was coming out of the showerhead and the faucet at the same time. The water wouldn't even drain properly and sat in the tub for a while. While using the sink, at any type of water pressure, the water would just spray back and go all over the counter making a mess. Overall the stay was not worth it. The fact that I paid a good price for the room and extra for parking, this place did not meet my expectations. It also did not state on the website that I would have to pay for parking.

I would definitely stay there again. My daughter liked it as well.
Pros:

I like that the room was a suite and I thought the room was a great value. Other hotels I looked into were at least $100 more and this was just as nice and in a good location.

Cons:

I wish they would’ve had free coffee in the morning

Needs to be inclusive for all religions and communities

Cons:

Staff was not cooperative at all, internet issues, no Muslim showers for cleaning ourselves after using the commode, as a Muslim we must need that.

It was alright. I did not get the room I originally had paid for since it was not ready upon my

We did not get the breakfast after finding out it was $25/person

Cons:

The pricing but also we were misled into thinking it was complimentary and part of our stay by the front desk personelle. It may have just been a misunderstanding but super disappointing when we realized. We would have paid for it if it weren’t so expensive.

Location is good for anything in dallas

Cons:

Expectation to pay a fee to ensure if any damages occurred. This was not highlighted as a possible extra fee and would have been 25% extra on top of the cost for the 7 nights. Booking was paid in full over 3 weeks before travelling, surely a sign that no malintent was intended

Nothing to rave about
Pros:

Went for a quick family staycation. Most of the staff were very nice/helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable with great viewsof the city. Security for parking was great. That being said the hidden 30$ a night fee for parking seemed a bit outrageous. The hotel was dated and I paid extra for breakfast but my wife was made uncomfortable when she went down for some fruit. I don't mind paying for quality but at least be upfront about it. Don't nickel and dime me into a bad experience.
