Relaxing and beautiful
Pros:

The property is very beautiful, clean and peaceful. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. It was nice to be so close to the beach. The beach was clean and the restaurant on the beach was delicious. We were able to fully relax and unwind.

Cons:

The property is very spread out and confusing at times. It was difficult to find my way around at night in the dark. Better signage like a property map and you are here would be so helpful.

Overall the stay was okay, bed was confortable and the hotel members of staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful.
Pros:

Thé food was variety of different food , especially during dinner time

Cons:

They have a lots cats running around in the dinning area during breakfast and during dinner, it’s fine if you don’t mind to have breakfast and dinner with cats, but the hotel should seriously consider guests who have cat allergies which was my case. Plus they could clean more the floor terrace of the dinning area. If it was fully clean the cats wouldn’t come to look for food on the floor. Some dishes were not fully clean (such as plates) i once have to tell member of staff and be removed those plates

Pros:

We had a truly wonderful stay at EverEden! Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The rooms were spacious, and the bathroom was impressively large and comfortable. The staff were all kind and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay.

The food was absolutely fantastic – delicious and offered at great prices. The pools were perfect, clean, and with plenty of space for everyone, and we were impressed by how much attentive staff was always available to assist with anything we needed.

Overall, an excellent experience in every way – we would definitely love to return!

Overall nice but staff detracted from it and I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good but very repetitive. The outdoor facilities were really nice.

Cons:

The staff was a bit rude. I also had the most traumatizing experience ever when the elevator dropped a floor suddenly and when I reported it to the staff they just said “sorry about that!”.

L’hôtel est top, moderne, jolie plage avec transats confortables, grande piscine
La taille de la chambre est plus que correcte
Le restaurant à sushis est super

Cons:

Le buffet pourrait être plus varié et de meilleure qualité
Ajouter une porte de douche pour ne pas mettre de l’eau partout
Les lits ne sont pas très confortables

Nice comfortable resort
Pros:

Its always nice to return to a place you know.
Even though our request for a quiet room was ignored at first, they switched immediately when we asked for it at the reception.
Room had a lot of storage, all the amenities, coffee maker, minibar, sleepers.
The curtains made the room as dark as we wanted.
The was a clothes drying rack on the balcony
The air-condition was adjustable.
Excellent Breakfast
Nice pools
Private parking
Reception and PR staff always polite and patient.

Cons:

Minor issues.
Its a big hotel, and as we were told managed from Spain, therefore not as flexible as local hotels dealing with guests with complex issues.
Minor House keeping glitches:
When we got a twin instead of a double it we had to deal with house keeping but they got it done.
Somehow we never managed to get them to clean the room during our absence, hence on the third day we called the reception in order for them to clear the garbage and hand over some toilet paper.
Most Greek hotels offer complimentary water bottles, so when they knock on your door and offer, it's easy to assume it's free.

بصراحة الفيلا جديدة ونظيفة جداً، وكانت الخدمة اكثر من رائعة..
والمطبخ متكامل والغرف واسعة وجميلة..
صالة كبيرة وفيها كل ما تريد!
مسبح الفيلا غاية في الجمال...
الموقع جميل جداً وقريب من كل الخدمات والشواطئ..
كانت تقوم بخدمتنا الآنسة Klejda كانت غاية في اللطف والاحترافية..
اذا رجعت الى ksamil سوف أسكن مرة أخرى في هذا المكان!

Comfortable big resort.
Pros:

We like the hotel and the staff
The rooms are comfortable
Facilities are good
Location very convenient if you want to stay not too far from the airport, and if you don't mind big groups.
Special thanks to the PR manager for her kind letter and gift for our wedding anniversary.
The beach manager was also very professional dealing with a very crowded beach on a Sunday.
Reception team always helpful with finding good restaurants.
Breakfast was excellent
Also enjoyed the aqua gym class

Cons:

House keeping a bit of a mess, we could have dealt with it via reception if it was important enough.
Since hotel is located on a main road, some rooms can be noisy.
