On a temporary basis, and until June 8th, 2026, the Beach Club will not be available, including its Food & Beverage offer as well as the sunbeds and parasol service in that area. As an alternative, the hotel will offer à la carte dinner service at Il Centro Pool, where guests will be able to enjoy the same Mediterranean gastronomic concept, with a carefully considered presentation, traditionally offered in the beach area.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation made with an incorrectly advertised rate due to obvious technical errors or system issues. Great and not so great.
Pros:

The views from the restaurants were stunning. The room and bathroom were spacious. The hotel staff were wonderfully accommodating , especially to guests with physical disabilities of any kind. They will take you in a golf cart to any location you wish to go. The grounds are beautifully kept with gorgeous tropical plants and fruit trees everywhere. The upper pool is quiet with beautiful views.

Cons:

Not enough pool chairs to accomdate a full hotel - had to wait at the entrance at 10 to go in and save a chair with a towel (lower pool pictured on the resort website). The beach is not private and the cabanas/sun beds guaranteed for guests as free are also able to be rented by the locals for a price. This makes availability very slim. The beach is also very rocky and a storm drain from the highway empties directly onto the beach making it feel less then sanitary. Hot dinner/breakfast food is average at best. Service at beach restaurant is incredibly slow. 30 min to get an after dinner drink in an almost empty restaurant.

Το ξενοδοχείο υπέροχο, σε καταπληκτικό σημείο, καθαρό και το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό. Το πρωινό εξαίσιο και το βραδινό πολύ καλό. Πολύ καλή και η μουσική βραδιά!Οι εγκαταστάσεις πολύ όμορφες.

Cons:

Το θέμα υπάρχει στην παραλία που σε αντίθεση με το ξενοδοχείο το προσωπικό είναι εντελώς αδιάφορο, καθόλου εξυπηρετικό. Δεν βρίσκεις ξαπλώστρες και σου λένε να πληρώσεις 80 ευρώ το σετ ενώ μένεις στο ξενοδοχείο!Όταν ζητάς πετσέτες δεν σου δίνουν ενώ έχουν διαθέσιμες!Το σέρβις στην παραλία πρέπει να βελτιωθεί, είναι σχεδόν ανύπαρκτο!

Tökéletes kikapcsolódást nyújtó hely.
Pros:

A reggeli svédasztalos, minden igényt kielégítő és nagyon finom. A szoba ízlésesen be van rendezve és tiszta.
A személyzet nagyon kedves.
Úgy gondolom, hogy nem találhatunk volna jobb helyet!

Cons:

A beltéri és kültéri medence is nagyon hideg volt. Egyébként minden jó.

Very busy
Pros:

Feels like an all inclusive hotel but it’s not, we have been using this hotel for many years, but feels like it’s become so much more busy and not as good as it used to be.

Marvellous
Pros:

The whole experience in Vincci for the past 4 years is outstanding.
Every year there is something new. Updates continue which is amazing.
The whole staff members in the hotel are proffesionalists.
Have to separately mention, Ioanna the Guest Relations Manager, who is so devoted towards the guests.
She especially made my birthday so memorable and outspoken. She is a one of a kind professional young woman full of life.
Also have to mention Lesmos the General Manager, a brilliant person towards us and all the guests, always looking to make people feel at their best.
Overall outstanding experience over and over again.
Will definitely be back again next year.
