On a temporary basis, and until June 8th, 2026, the Beach Club will not be available, including its Food & Beverage offer as well as the sunbeds and parasol service in that area. As an alternative, the hotel will offer à la carte dinner service at Il Centro Pool, where guests will be able to enjoy the same Mediterranean gastronomic concept, with a carefully considered presentation, traditionally offered in the beach area.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation made with an incorrectly advertised rate due to obvious technical errors or system issues. Happy with what Eden has to offer. Clean and spacious room and great facilities with two outdoor pools and the popular Eden beach. Staff was really friendly from reception to all the employees in the different facilities, serving with a smile and trying to make our stay a pleasant experience

Cons:

My only minor complaints would be the situation at the beach. Certain sunbeds are reserved for VIPs but not for hotel guests who have to pay an extra fee? The designated area for hotel guests was full and we had to wait a long time to get a free set. Staff was accommodating and tried to resolve the situation at least.

Expected more for the price paid but on the whole was a lovely experience.
Pros:

Property and location, beach , staff . Beach restaurant and food were great although they seemed to still be getting used to the new season.

Cons:

Housekeeping was nowhere up to standard. On one particular day the whole room was 'cleaned' in a few minutes. Top sheet on the bed was far too small, looked old and worn. You should have proper mugs or teacups, not paper cups and wooden stirrers for in-room coffe/tea. Feels cheap. Coffee, tea, sugar etc are not replenished. My used teabag was left in the glass and not cleared, cleaned. Breakfast staff seem happier to clear a table while we are still eating, rather that preparing one that has already been vacated and left there with dirty crockery/cutlery. Every day I had to look for my own cutlery/napkins, cups as tables were not regularly prepared.

Cons:

The person who greeted us - her tag said she was the front office manager was so rude! She kept on speaking over the receptionist who was a man and was trying to help us, in greek, like she was prompting what to tell him without him asking. Then I proceeded to ask why I had been calling for a whole week to try book a hair appointment and nobody answered the phone. She rudely said (while walking away) Thats impossible, which is when I proceeded to show them the amount of calls I made to their number. This is one of the many things that happened with rude staff, including housekeeping who don't understand a word of English etc. Room was tiny when compared to what other rooms looked like and I Paid as much as others. Terrible experience. The service of a 1 star hotel. Rooms look like a glorified Ibis. Not worth the price.

We really enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

The property is great! They took such a great care of us, I had informed them that we would spend pre & after wedding days there, and Henna & Ioanna were so kind to write a special message for us and send us wine & fruits. Also they gave us a room upgrade, so I would like to thank all the team for their wishes & kindness!
