Cultureel herbezoek aan Wenen
Pros:

4e verblijf hier. Een zeer centraal gelegen hotel, voor zowel centrumbezoeken als het concert met Musikverein, Konzerthaus of Staatsoper vlakbij. Toch rustig gelegen. Heel mooie, warm ingerichte kamers net zoals de gemeenschappelijke ruimten. En de bedden zijn super..comfortabel! Belangrijk ook, stille kamers!

Cons:

Niets, maar ik mij liever de kamers aan de straatkant achteraan (discotheek vlakbij).

voldeed aan alle verwachtingen: Top!
Pros:

Locatie was net buiten de Ring, maar wel op loop afstand. Ontbijt was prima en het - met name receptie personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En de verstrekte oordopjes heel handig i.v.m. nachtelijke werkzaamheden aan de straat.

Uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding
Pros:

Voor deze prijsklasse levert dit hotel meer dan gemiddeld. Het comfort, service, ontbijt en de kleine details en extra's zijn allemaal uitstekend. Vooral op het ontbijt wordt tegenwoordig vaak bezuinigd, maar zeker niet bij Hotel Am Konzerthaus.

Cons:

De kamer was een beetje warm. Moest met raam open slapen. Collega's die ook in het hotel verbleven, hadden dezelfde ervaring.

In sehr guter Lage
Gut ausgestattete Zimmer

Kompetenter Empfang
Überragender, super freundlicher Service - Roomservice, Bar, Mittagessen, Frühstück, Geschäftsleitung

Mein Fazit: Ein bis ins Detail geschmackvoll und stimmig eingerichtetes internationales Hotel mit einem überragenden Service! Ich war sehr beeindruckt, kann dieses Hotel absolut empfehlen und werde auch privat dort einchecken!

The ultimate breakfast, simply outstanding

Lunch in the bistro and small late breakfast delicious, beautifully served in quiet lovely area and very kind helpful staff

Super location for the Konzerthaus

I was able to open the windows

Kettle in the room, large free bottles of water, chocolates

L’Occitane in the bathroom

Cons:

The safe was so high up I could not reach or use it

Floor of the shower slippery when wet

Lighting could be improved

Pros:

Breakfast was great , the street was noisy especially ambulances in the middle of the night. It was quite hot in our room but the air conditioning helped.

Cons:

The boy at the restaurant downstairs- the rookie - forgot the sour dough bread at the table next to us. The American lady rebuked him bitterly, so he forgot to bring my bread for my pasta - I ordered before the American. He apologized promissimg not to charge me. The pasta was very good.
