Kiváló helyen lévő, de ár-érték arányban nem kitűnő szálloda
Pros:

Tíznél is többször szálltunk már meg itt, az évek során egyszer volt egy nagyszabású felújítás is.
Igazából pazar helyen van, a Kärntner Str. 5-10 perc séta, pár lépésre metró és villamosmegállók, éttermek, bolt, kávézó és pékség. Van parkoló - igaz kicsit szűkös- de mindig van hely és elektromos autó töltési lehetőséget is kínálnak. A személyzet mindig nagyon kedves, segítőkész, általában figyelembe is szokták venni az olyan extra kéréseket, mint a csendes szoba igénylése.

Cons:

Ár-érték arányban viszont a szálloda nincs előkelő helyen. Az ingyenes víz már csak bizonyos szobatípusokhoz jár, akárcsak az italhűtő. Ezek sok olcsóbb hotelben is az ár és az alapszolgáltatás részét képezik, véleményünk szerint itt is illene legalább egy grátisz üveg vizet adni az utazóknak. Az alap szoba elég kicsi, és előfordul, hogy kisasztal sincs az íróasztal melllett. Most így jártunk, pedig ugyan azt a szobatípust foglaltuk mint korábban.
