Great location for a short stay in Amsterdam
Pros:

Hotel is in an excellent location! My room was very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is an added cost but the food was good and there was a lot of variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

As other reviewers have noted, the bathroom is not particularly private. The walls are kind of like mounted glass so there are gaps and the door does not fully close. It's kind of hard to explain this. Not an issue for solo travel.

Pros:

Breakfast buffet was superb. Great location, 10 minute walk to train station. Plus elevator to upper floor and our room was roomy and comfortable.

Cons:

It was expensive but it was Kings Day and location was perfect.

lovely - very happy with the stay
Pros:

pretty, comfortable bed. beautiful lobby and location

Cons:

shower didn't work well. I couldn't change the water temperature, and the top part sprayed a little sideways. They were very nice when I told them as we checked out, but I didn't want to get out of shower late at night and have someone come fix (they suggested when I checked out I could have asked for help)

We enjoyed our stay and overall had a nice experience.
Pros:

Staff was exceptional! Very friendly and helpful, went above and beyond. Food at the restaurant was pretty good.
Overall we had a good experience at the hotel. Location is great and very convenient for all activities around the city.

Cons:

Room air conditioning wasn't working well and once we mentioned it they moved us to another room which had a similar situation. Mattresses and pillows weren't very comfortable.

Great Hotel for Tourist location and cleanliness are 10 out of 10
Pros:

The location is more than excellent. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms and the hotel are very clean. in general, that is satisfied with this hotel. if I need to come back, I will be coming here. Highly recommended.

Cons:

The rooms that are as small as usual in Europe. We don’t have any windows on the roads, so it’s on the side road which not too bad for tourists and no balcony
