Comfort of hotel but event comfort of life, all employees are so educated, smart and welcoming
Pros:

The room capacity, bed size+comfort, bathroom amenities, towels, slippers, everything was perfect. 10min from train and boat. But what's more, we had a medical emergency; my husband fainted in the room and I immediately called reception to arrange an ambulance. Their follow-up calls were crucial saving his life. And after that, the hotel's "medical team" came several times to ask if we were okay, offered a late check-out and did so much more... I've never felt so comforted and welcomed. I will never forget this experience. Truly Accor quality and this hotel sit at top of all.
