Cons:

When we arrived, we were welcomed by a very friendly team. However, the experience went downhill after check-in. Although the room was listed as 22m², the layout (due to the attached bathroom placement) left absolutely no floor space to even open a suitcase. It is truly impractical for two people.
We called reception to request an upgrade. They promised to call back in 10 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes with no response, we had to unpack to get ready for our dinner reservation, so we were forced to give up on moving rooms.
Later, we realized the heating system wasn't working. We called reception again and were told, 'Someone will be there in 5 minutes; we don’t want you to be cold.' But guess what? No one came, and no one called back to follow up.
Considering there are better, more central hotels available for the same price, I honestly don't know why we chose this one.

Die Lage ist absolut super. Das Personal ist aussergewöhnlich aufmerksam und einfach top! So ein Service wünscht man sich. Das Zimmer war gross, sauber und sehr angenehm. Kann den Aufenthalt jedem weiterempfehlen! Bin verliebt in das Hotel.

Highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Amsterdam!
Pros:

This hotel is amazing! Even the walls in the room help to guide you on what you can do while in Amsterdam! Central location made everything walkable and the staff was incredibly helpful with recommendations/tips. The food in the restaurant is also top notch. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!

Cons:

Honestly, wasn't a single thing I was unhappy about!
