Pros:

El desayuno muy bien, al igual que la atencion del personal del restaurante. Este factor lo hizo excepcional. Muy buena la ubicacion del hotel

Viaje con mi madre una persona mayor de 82 años y lastimosamente el acceder a la ducha se le complicaba, las toallas del baño estaban manchadas, lo que da una mala impresion.

La empatía de los empleados! Me robaron delante del hotel en frente de mi familia con pistola en mano y el personal del hotel ni siquiera se me acercó para preguntar cómo estaba, para auxiliarme o sencillamente llamar a la policía, normalizaron todo, no volvería más nunca en vida

Pros:

Me quedé con mi familia, la suite que nos tocó estaba muy bien. Buena vista desde la habitación, super amplia, con cocina y microondas. El personal era amable, un Señor en especial Euribio o Euritibio (delgado, alto, canoso) súper amable y atento. Fue quien más destacó de todo el personal. Está en calle principal, y a unas cuadras (si te gusta caminar) podrás encontrar restaurantes y comercios. Está a unos ~35min a pie de Unicentro. El desayuno estaba rico, eso sí bajen temprano que la gente madruga. Es buffet con variedad de panes, quesos y puedes pedir huevos al gusto. Me sentí segura con mi familia.

Cons:

Pueden mejorar cositas como la calidad y cantidad del jabón en los baños. Pero si necesitas puedes llamar a recepción y te resuelven.

Buena y cómoda opción de alojamiento con magnífica ubicación. Buena relación calidad /precio.

Magnífica ubicación y el espacio de la suite. El hotel es pequeño y eso lo hace más acogedor. El parking y el desayuno estaban incluidos en la tarifa.

Cons:

En la habitación una de las lámparas no funcionaba y estaba a punto de desprenderse de la pared. El jabón para el cuerpo en la ducha es de regular calidad y agüado.
