Era la suite, llegué cansada del viaje y desde que llegué todo fue un problema. La habitación no y tenía toallas. Estuve pidiéndolas por más de media hora y no atendieron mi solicitud hasta que me tocó bajar a la recepción porque la persona que estaba allí ya no me contestaba el teléfono.
La luz de la habitación no funcionaba. Pero lo más indignante fue el trato que recibí. Nunca había pasado tan mala experiencia.

La ubicación es excelente, el desayuno es bueno y el personal amable.

Cons:

No recibieron inicialmente mi petición de una cama doble y un sofa cama. Nos ubicaron en una habitación con 2 camas individuales y un sofa cama que no servía. Nos pasaron entonces para una habitación mas pequeña pero el sofa cama seguía con inconvenientes, a la segunda noche nos colocaron una cama adicional. Las instalaciones son antiguas y necesita remodelación.

Cómodo, amplio y con gran relación calidad‑precio
Pros:

Nos hospedamos en familia, un grupo de 8 personas entre niños y adultos, y rentamos la suite familiar y la suite junior. Ambas resultaron muy cómodas y sorprendentemente amplias. La suite familiar es enorme: pueden alojarse fácilmente 6 personas o más. La suite junior es ideal para 2 personas, máximo 3. Las dos cuentan con cocina y varios espacios independientes, por lo que se sienten más como apartamentos que como habitaciones de hotel.
El desayuno estuvo bueno y la relación calidad‑precio es excelente. La ubicación también es muy conveniente, en el norte de la ciudad y con fácil acceso. En general, me parece una de las mejores opciones para familias numerosas.

Cons:

El hotel tiene mucho potencial, pero debería prestar más atención a ciertos detalles que marcan la diferencia en la experiencia del huésped. Por ejemplo, asegurarse de que siempre haya jabón líquido en las habitaciones y de que todos los enchufes funcionen correctamente. Son aspectos fáciles de corregir y que mejorarían significativamente la estadía.

El personal del hotel es muy amable. El estacionamiento fue muy fácil.

Cons:

La habitación que me asignaron tenia la cama sucia, pedí el cambio de habitación y en la habitación a la cual me cambiaron tenía el inodoro sucio y no lo habían descargado. Las ventanas no cerraban bien, se escuchaba todo el ruido de la autopista.
