The property was great. Excellent location. The best part was the staff.
She was SO warm and welcoming. She made our experience that much better. Having wine on the rooftop was an amazing surprise. We already wish to return.

Well located for exploring and for restaurants.
Pillows were extremely soft and offered no real support. There was a used contact lens in the corner of the bathroom floor.
Bonus is that it's round the corner from Canela
Terrible hotel policy. I've been waiting 5 hours for my room to be ready. It's ready but they want extra money to check in before "official" check-in time. It's blackmail, it's a rip off! I have to wait 2 more hours to avoid the blackmail. I would tell everyone to stay elsewhere.

Staff were very kind and helpful.
Location was super with lots of options for public transportation and also the Amsterdam Centraal station nearby.
Bed was very comfortable.
Bathroom had everything we needed for our stay.
Also there's a pretty good restaurant in the same building where you can book breakfast, lunch or dinner.
I highly recommend this hotel!
Not a huge deal but in our room you could hear when water was flushed from other rooms (probably above). However I assume it isn't an easy fix and it really didn't disturb us too much.

Mattress topper keeps slipping out of the base mattress which caused me to fall of the bed while trying to get up. Mini fridge wasn't working. Shower with open end takes the fun out of taking shower as you are worried about flooding the bathroom floor and also the water wasn't draining so it overflow onto bathroom. Minor issues but would be nice if eradicated
The room was a nice size and the location put us in the center of everything. Staff was great.
