Had a great time
Pros:

Lovely room, clean and well appointed. Great location.

Cons:

Didn’t have the breakfast, and it was made clear that there was no option to add it in afree arrival. However, there was some nice breakfast places very close to the hotel.

Great location, some problems.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the hotel's excellent location and the delicious breakfast. The smoked salmon was exceptionally fresh and not overly salty, and the black bread was outstanding. The shower had excellent water pressure, which was another pleasant surprise. Throughout our stay, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Cons:

We were initially assigned Room 101. Although it looked stylish and unique, it wasn't suitable for us because it was affected by loud tram noise, had internal stairs, and lacked a wardrobe.

We were then moved to Room 601, where we encountered another issue: the air conditioner was so noisy that it kept us awake at night. Unfortunately, it took two days for the problem to be resolved.

My son, who stayed in Room 301, also had difficulty sleeping on several nights because of noise from the room above. The sound insulation between the floors was not sufficient to block the disturbance.

Great hotel with central location
Pros:

Just got back from a 4 night stay at this lovely hotel. Room was spacious with a large shower and a big comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very central to all major sites. Visited the bar on a number of occasions which had a great atmosphere and staff very very attentive and friendly. Loved the history of this hotel would definitely recommend.
