Very handy location

Room layout a bit strange as with two large suitcases made it difficult to walk around the bed area.

Short stay in Amsterdam
Pros:

Beautiful building very close walking distance to everything you need to see in Amsterdam, the restaurant downstairs was wonderful for eating.

Cons:

Room size is very small and quite dark, minimal lighting

Agréable.
Pros:

La localisation, la facilité d’accès (12 minutes à pieds depuis la gare d’Amsterdam Centraal)

Cons:

Prix un peu élevé en regard de l’exiguïté de la chambre (qui ne faisait pas 15m2 comme annoncé dans l’annonce)

Cons:

The staff were generally unfriendly and unhelpful. The service was poor throughout my stay. On the first day, they assisted me in changing my room, but it was not complimentary—I had to pay an additional fee for the upgrade.

The cleanliness was very disappointing. The towels were dirty, and housekeeping did not replace them properly. While a few reception staff members were kind and professional, most of them had a poor attitude and were unpleasant to deal with.

Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I would not stay at this hotel again.
