La recepcionista fue muy amable pero en realidad el hotel no me gustó para nada iba por 5 noche y sólo me quedé una. No me sentía segura. No aire acondicionado ni agua caliente
la atención es especial, muy cómodo las habitaciones son como aparece en las fotos y son super aseados🙏
Todo excelente, pero el ruido de la calle no deja dormir bien de resto excelente
Es limpio, pero mi habitación no tenía ninguna ventava y parece que muchas habitaciones no tienen ventana o tienen ventanas internas.

The window gave to the hallway so it got really warm in the room. We asked to change room after we were installed (we had taken our shower) and the staff kindly upgraded us in a better room with a better ventilation for free. The beds are hard. The breakfast consisted of not so good anymore strawberries, eggs and a really hard bread. So their usual breakfast but less good then other places we have been.
Overall ok for the price, for one night.
Espantoso terrible y desagradable lo que nos hicieron, deberían de darles vergüenza porque el cobro fue exagerado para el servicio, nos instalaron en una habitación desastrosa parecía un hueco, la cama individual parecía una cuna de Niño y la cama matrimonial ni que nombrar aparte tuvieron el sinismo de colocarle unas tablas a las camas y encima unas cobijas como si fuera Colchon eso parecía que estuvieras durmiendo en el piso, no había agua caliente, no había lo básico como shampoo, el espacio de la habitación ni para moverse, lo que más nos molestó fue el sinismo de cobrar la habitación más de lo que el grupo Expedia nos vendió, definitivamente se pasaron con el descaro

Fue una buena experiencia, muy buena la atencion y el servicio brindado , lo único q mejorar sería la comodidad de las camas , ya que uno no se puede ni mover porque ya me están chirriando.
