We didn't stay, because you didn't deliver on a promise.
Pros:

You overbooked. We had no room when we got there after twelve hours on the road. We had to drive another four hours. We needed a room and you blew it.

Was very good, I will continue to stay at Drury locations.

The hotel & staff were great.

Cons:

Didn’t like the fact that the maid entered my room at 8:30am. I was showering a heard a light tap on the door. Thought it was my friend that he forgot something. Then the door opened & I said hey I’m still in here. Management did address the issue very quickly.

Another great Drury experience
Pros:

We enjoy staying at the Drury Chain for their food, if nothing else! This one did not disappoint. We arrived in time for the Evening meal (the pulled pork sliders were delicious). Our grandson enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast was equally good, the the attendant made us feel quite welcome and had opened the doors just before the posted time. Beds were comfortable and room/bathroom was clean. We paid a little more for this hotel than others on our trip, but I think the price was offset by the dinner and breakfast. Would probably stay here again if traveling through the area.
