personnel trop jeune et ne prenant pas d initiative pour satisfaire les clients.
arrivé tôt et toutes les chambres disponibles on ne me propose une chambre qu à 15h! aucun sens du commerce

Stylowy hotel na Starówce
Pros:

Pięknie odrestaurowany dawny Hotel Francuski, w którym bywałem przed laty. Teraz zachęca stylowymi pokojami, smacznym śniadaniem (w tym propozycje a la carte) i przede wszystkim świetną lokalizacją na starówce Krakowa. B. dobre kosmetyki w łazience.

Cons:

Restauracja nieczynna w porze lunchu, czyli 12-14 - akurat zależało nam aby coś zjeść wcześniej.

Fantastic hotel in great location.
Pros:

Wonderful Suite on the top floor. Superb location within the Old Town. All amenities right on your door step. Really friendly staff. Gorgeous hotel, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Small Room
Pros:

Breakfast, location in Old Town. Friendly, helpful staff.
Good shower. Nice toiletries.

Cons:

Bed very small, despite 1x person staying, I would have thought a double bed in a 5 star hotel. Desk for using a laptop on was extremely small and low in height- my knees were hitting the underside of the desk and unconfirtable to sit at. Room was very small, not what I expected for a 5 star.

Lot 5 stars but lacking in finer details and service
Pros:

Excellent location in old town, walking distance to most tourist historical attractions Castle main square etc. very good staff on reception really helpful, room large with sitting area, desk for use, iron in wardrobe, rainfall shower, loads hit water, very comfortable bed, large variety food for breakfast buffet ..black out blinds if required. Bar open until late…well decorated exceptionally clean…lots of other reviews similar points made.

Walls between bedrooms not sound insulated….could hear neighbours tv on until gone 12, like a radio ….why position to for neighbouring rooms right on the wall where my headboard is …? knocked on wall land they turned the tv off……breakfast hot dishes not asked on two occasions what would I like….had to remind waiter….
Hotel facilities …lot of them apparently ..lot information from reception …..but why no information on all aspects of the hotel restaurant gym…..other facilities etc etc..nothing on the tv, nothing that could be read in the room…helpful information about local museums places to see how to get there trams buses etc to use to get there …could go further best shopping areas, recommended places to eat …..one review said about providing body lotion…..still,not provided if you have been. Desk on,y had stool to sit at needs proper desk chair

The atmosphere in the hotel is amazing & location is perfect. Staff are super friendly yet professional. A unique experience all round.

Very limited TV channels. Only one channel in English & it was a news channel.
