Pros:

Excelente hotel. Un edificio de época muy bien mantenido. Excelente el servicio del concierge de Kristoff en mi caso particular que tuve una estadía para fin de año, me solucionó muchísimas cosas

Pros:

Great location, staff and room. Superb value. 5*

Cons:

The view from the room wasnt great given the and there was no netflix etc on tv, only bbc news and some polish channels. Both not essential to a great stay but both would have been enjoyed in the early morning or late evening.

Excellent stay, friendly staff, close to many attractions
Pros:

Had mini suite, great size, spotless. Nice bar (though closed earlyish.) Great for breakfast on al la carte. Staff were friendly, Christophe was especially helpful. Leonardo's Lady with Ermin in the museum right next door. 10 minutes walk to Cloth Hall.

Pros:

This hotel is exceptional and the staff are lovely and very helpful. We would highly recommend staying here, can't fault it!!
The food is also on another level and the location was perfect 👌
