Adoramos tudo na acomodação. Quarto grande e espaçoso, banheiro excelente com chuveiro bom e grande. Excelente recepção dos funcionários (todos super cordiais), hotel cheiroso, limpo, hotel lindo, calefação ótima (fomos no frio de fevereiro), café da manhã maravilhoso (valeu cada centavo)!!! Localização perfeita, ficaria muito vezes nesse hotel

I would stay here gain if I revisit Krakow

It was all great. The staff were fantastic. The rooms were charming. The entrance and staircase were impressive. I enjoyed walking up and down the grand staircase. The food in the restaurant was exceptional. The restaurant staff were very accommodating as I have food intolerances.
