Leider war unser Aufenthalt im Mercure Hotel sehr enttäuschend. Die Lage hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen und entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Zusätzlich wurde uns zunächst mitgeteilt, dass wir kein Frühstück gebucht hätten, obwohl dies anders kommuniziert wurde.

Der Flur wirkte leider ziemlich dreckig und ungepflegt. Im Zimmer gab es keine Pantoffeln, die Kaffeemaschine war defekt und die gebuchte Suite entsprach unserer Meinung nach eher einem normalen Standardzimmer als einer Suite.

Auch das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend – wenig Auswahl und insgesamt nicht auf dem Niveau, das man von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarten würde. Insgesamt hatten wir leider nicht das Gefühl, in einem hochwertigen Hotel untergebracht zu sein.

Wir werden dieses Hotel definitiv nicht noch einmal besuchen.

Le double vitrage était super, comme la chambre était a côté de l'axe rapide, nous n'avons rien entendu en terme de bruit, fenêtres fermées.

Les oreillers sont durs, le matelas moux, et les verres de salle de bain pas propre.

Meiner Meinung nach ist der Preis für das Zimmer zu hoch.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage des Hotels. In der Nähe gibt es einen großen Parkplatz; wenn man über die App bezahlt, ist der Preis zweimal günstiger. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, und die neue Hotellobby ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Leider benötigt das Hotel eine kosmetische Renovierung. Der Föhn ist sehr schwach, besser den eigenen mitbringen. Außerdem hört man deutlich den Lärm aus dem Flur und auch etwas von der Straße, was die Erholung beeinträchtigt.
