Had a really great stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they made check-in and the rest of my stay really easy.
The location was great, and the hotel had a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Everything was well looked after, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay.
I'd definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay.

I am currently staying at the Mercure Amsterdam West Hotel (Room 318).
At the time of check-in, the front desk agent informed me that the room rate would be adjusted to match the price I had obtained through the ALL Accor mobile application. I was also advised to return the following day to redeem my accumulated ALL Reward points, as this could not be processed at that time. Unfortunately, the employee who provided these assurances is not on duty today.
The front desk staff currently assisting me has informed me that I am required to pay a room rate that is €30 higher than the rate that was communicated to me yesterday. During the check-in process, I was not able to view the information displayed on the staff member’s computer screen, nor was I provided with any written confirmation, printed document, or receipt indicating the agreed room rate. All information regarding the reservation and pricing was communicated solely on a verbal basis.
Furthermore, I have now spoken with three different front desk employees, none of whom has been wearing a name badge. Consequently, I am unable to identify the individuals with whom I have discussed this matter.
I was advised that the hotel manager would be available at 10:00 a.m. Accordingly, I had been waiting in the hotel lobby for more than 40 minutes. However, I was told that the manager has yet to arrive, and this unnecessary delay is depriving me of valuable time during my holiday.
Despite waiting until 10:20 a.m., I was refused the opportunity to speak with the manager. Consequently, I was forced to leave the hotel without having been able to meet with her.
The matter has now progressed beyond concerns regarding the hotel’s hygiene standards, overcharging, and related issues. It has reached a level that reflects a serious disregard for guests and a systematic failure to uphold the most fundamental standards of customer service and professional conduct.
