A disappointing stay with multiple issues that made it uncomfortable and below expectations.
Pros:

The location was convenient with good transport links into the city, and the check-in process was quick and straightforward. The room itself was a reasonable size and initially appeared presentable on arrival. However, these positives were limited and did not outweigh the issues experienced during the stay.

Cons:

The heating in the room was not working properly, which made the stay uncomfortable. Housekeeping was inconsistent as the room was not cleaned daily and we were left without clean towels. There was also a safety concern as the bed was not properly made or secured, which resulted in my friend falling and hitting his head. In addition, the bar closed earlier than advertised and staff were rude and unhelpful when we raised issues. Overall, the experience fell well below expectations.

I’ve stayed at Mercure hotels in Australia and it appears they have different standards over there to Mercure Netherland
Pros:

The location near the airport is nice
Bed was comfy

Cons:

The mould in all the crevices, ceilings, walls, corners of the room.
When you have a shower all the water leaks out into the bathroom.

La comida del restaurante estaba buena, las camas muy cómodas, y la ubicación cerca del aeropuerto. La limpieza y la habitación se adecuaban a lo necesario, ya que tuvimos que reservar de último momento por una cancelación de vuelos.

Cons:

El aire de uno de los cuartos no funcionaba de manera correcta, no nos pudieron realizar el cambio de habitación por que el mismo se encontraba a máxima capacidad según los empleados, y en invierno pues la habitación estaba un poco fría más de lo que nos hubiera gustado
