Four Points by Sheraton Orlando Convention Center

Value, location, cleaningless

We booked a studio double for an amazing price and checked in around midnight. The wonderful staff upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite with 2 Queen Beds. The room was incredibly comfortable and the staff were incredible. The housekeepers made us feel right at home and added small touches to the room, such as towel animals, chocolate, and a card. The room had plenty of outlets, nice new furniture and TVs, excellent internet connectivity, and was always pristine. The location was close and convenient to the parks and restaurants. We will certainly visit this hotel again!

Todo el personal es muy amable, siempre con gran disposición y muy buena atención. A pesar de ser un hotel grande, su estilo es muy acogedor. Además, comparados con los precios de la ciudad, los precios del restaurante son muy razonables. Lo que también me gustó es que el aire acondicionado estaba muy adecuado en mi habitación

I went for a work trip a nice walk to the convention center, staff was very friendly the rooms were clean I love when our beds got made we had towel animal and a little sweet treat

Location

The lobby and common area appear to be fairly updated. However, the rooms are another story. While the rooms are large, they are severely outdated. They smell musty and need new furnishing. The furniture is old, worn, and broken. The rooms are very dark because only lamps are used and not enough of them. The bathrooms could also use updating. The air conditioning is the old window style (very loud).
The pool area is not bad, but the furniture is very cheap and uncomfortable. The chaise lounge chairs are made of hard plastic and are very small. No cushions provided.
The elevator was usually out of service during our stay, as was the Wifi.

It was close proximity to where my daughter was dancing at. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious.

The manager on duty, during my check-in, and the staff, during my visit, were very friendly and accommodating. The entire facility was very clean. The hotel was near all the amusement parks.

The breakfast was great, the room was nice and clean. The staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating.

Good location and nice people

The lock to my door did not operate properly, failing to lock. The bathroom walls had water damage.
The paint they used to refurbish the tub was peeling. The tile floor in the elevator was shattered to bits. The elevator was frequently out of service. On the 4th floor, we had sugar ants in the bathroom. Even the park bench outside the front door was broken.

Not worthy of the Sheraton/Marriott brand.

A total five star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for the staff. Every single person we interacted with during our four night stay was kind, helpful, and welcoming.

The public areas of the hotel were nice too. Loved the restaurant for breakfast.

However. Our room, a suite, was downright shabby. It was dark, musty, and unattractive. Lots of patches on the paint, a big crack through the floor of the shower, no towel bars, no overhead lights. The only light in the bathroom was in the shower.

The pool was apparently unheated. Very cold. Friends staying elsewhere had nice, warm pools and could enjoy this amenity. Disappointing.

Loved the proximity to the west concourse of the convention center. Very convenient.

Probably wouldn’t stay here again unless we knew the pool ( which looked lovely) was usable and the rooms were freshened up.

The elevator only worked intermittently and was closed down completely on checkout day.

Again, kudos to the staff. You all do a great job.
