Stayed at the Four Points for a volleyball tournament. Employees were very helpful and engaged with guests. Stacey in the restaurant was exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and enjoyed our food/drinks. She was also very funny and pleasant to talk to. Due to the heat, the team spent a lot of time in the lobby bar/restaurant area socializing and it was a nice space to hang out. The pool was clean and there was enough seating. Rooms are a bit worn but housekeeping does a good job keeping them clean and well stocked.
Great hotel. Stay was for volleyball tournament at the convention center. Good location and the kids loved the pool.

Value, location, cleaningless
Guest on the other room fight until 3am very noisy.
We booked a studio double for an amazing price and checked in around midnight. The wonderful staff upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite with 2 Queen Beds. The room was incredibly comfortable and the staff were incredible. The housekeepers made us feel right at home and added small touches to the room, such as towel animals, chocolate, and a card. The room had plenty of outlets, nice new furniture and TVs, excellent internet connectivity, and was always pristine. The location was close and convenient to the parks and restaurants. We will certainly visit this hotel again!
Todo el personal es muy amable, siempre con gran disposición y muy buena atención. A pesar de ser un hotel grande, su estilo es muy acogedor. Además, comparados con los precios de la ciudad, los precios del restaurante son muy razonables. Lo que también me gustó es que el aire acondicionado estaba muy adecuado en mi habitación
2 comentarios: A diferencia de otros hoteles, para subir a otros pisos en los ascensores no se requiere de una tarjeta, sino que solo de apretar los botones. Lo encontré un poco inseguro.
Por otra parte, en mi habitación no había cajones ni repisas para poner ropa. La pude acomodar en los colgadores pero hubiera agradecido un par de cajones
I went for a work trip a nice walk to the convention center, staff was very friendly the rooms were clean I love when our beds got made we had towel animal and a little sweet treat

The room was old and had a weird smell of damp. The light was not working in the first room so we had to switch and it was the same in the other one. We didn’t get housekeeping for 2 days in a row, and when I asked for someone to come I had to empty my own trash and return the used towels myself. This is unacceptable when you pay for a service. Finally, someone ate at the restaurant and apparently put the bill on my room, I was charged for a meal that I never ate ! We never used the hotel’s restaurant during our stat and I paid for someone else’s meal when we ordered in and ate in our room that night ! I’ve never seen such a scam.
