Perfect night during a snowstorm that helped us stay safe.
Pros:

Due to a snowstorm, we were lucky to be accommodated by this hotel late in the day before the storm became worse. Very friendly staff from the security personal to the check in staff. Parking was perfect at the back of the hotel. Easy to bring bags in with 2 elevators. no issues with check in or checking out.

Cons:

Had some issues keeping the room temp more cooler at night and some of the charging docks were not working in the room for our phones. Room was clean and comfy. Heard hardly any noise from the hall except one louder person talking on their phone in the middle of the night.

Overall we had a wonderful stay and it was in the perfect location for what we were there for
Pros:

It was clean and there was good parking. The little one had a great time in the pool. I could have my dog stay with us.

Cons:

The hot tub could have stronger jets.

A comfortable great stay.
Pros:

I liked the area. Clean building. The staff was amazing. Knowledgeable of everything including breakfast.

One thing I didn’t like. The signs say the doors lock at a certain time. And they never were. And

Miserable stay
Pros:

Breakfast was just ok, free parking, proximity to downtown.

Cons:

Rooms were very old and too dark, toilet roll holder was broken on arrival although they did come to fix this, low pressure on shower due to leakage from the tap, woken up at 1:30am by screams from next door who was a client apparently with special needs, this was the worst holiday inn I have ever lodged-definitely wont be coming back.

Overall very good stay, very nice hotel and 10 stars to the staff for being so helpful and friendly.
Pros:

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff.. room was a little small for two persons with no place to sit properly (can only sit on the bed.) was very clean however, and comfortable. Breakfast is ok.. not exceptional. Coffee is cheap and weak, only half and half offered (no skim or 2% milk) egg omelettes were industrial and salty but overall pleasant.
