Atmosfera raffinata e qualità del servizio
Pros:

L’atmosfera dell’hotel è raffinata e avvolgente, studiata in ogni dettaglio. Chi ha progettato gli ambienti, l’arredo, la musica e i profumi ha fatto un’ottimo lavoro. La colazione è abbondante e deliziosa, con prodotti di qualità. Anche nella presentazione del buffet viene posta molta attenzione all’estetica.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono, in considerazione dei costi della capitale danese.
Veramente un ottima esperienza.

Absurd hoge parkeerkosten

De locatie is super en het is een mooi hotel

Cons:

Kamer stonk naar rook. We hadden de auto bij het hotel geparkeerd. Ik wist niet dat we hiervoor extra moesten betalen want dit was niet verteld. Uiteindelijk moesten we nog €200 extra afrekenen. Het parkeren koste 67 euro per dag. Dat kan je toch niet doen? Absurd!!!

Zeer goede locatie en zeer vriendelijk ontvangen

Cons:

De kamers zijn bijzonder klein, zeer warm en de thermostaat valt niet te regelen + in onze kamer stond er dan ook een ijskast die enorm veel geluid maakte (waar ze niets aan konden doen) waardoor ik me genoodzaakt voelde een upgrade te nemen voor de resterende twee nachten. Na de upgrade liep er veel mis, dit werd wel op een vriendelijke manier verholpen door het personeel. Mag ook wel voor intussen +€600,00. Ook vind ik het enorm bizar dat je elke dag voor 9u s’ochtends moet melden of je kamer gekuist moest worden, op vakantie zet ik liever geen wekker… de locatie is goed, het personeel ook maar ik geloof dat er betere hotels zijn voor dit budget.
