Stayed here last year also & the location is perfect

Cons:

The bathroom smelt like sewer which was gross - they moved us to a different room which was smaller & had a sink right next to the bedroom and then the guy working there said “this will do I think”…mate, that’s not up to you.. forgot his name but he works the night shift.. other than that it’s a good hotel

Sfeervol en comfortabel, perfecte ligging in het centrum.
Pros:

Sfeervol en comfortabel hotel op een steenworp afstand van de Rådhuspladsen. Fijne kamer, rustig gelegen, goede bedden. Vriendelijk personeel. Metro en bus vlakbij, net als enkele parkeergarages mocht je met de auto komen (is goedkoper dan parkeren bij het hotel).

Cons:

De service was zeker goed, maar vrij onpersoonlijk. Ik zou bijv. verwachten dat je bij het uitchecken nog even de vraag krijgt of het verblijf goed bevallen is.
Verder: de lamp in mijn badkamer was defect. Duurde een dag voordat het gerepareerd werd. Op zich goed opgelost met excuses en een gratis ontbijt. Overigens zou ik niet kiezen voor ontbijt in het hotel. Het is rommelig, tafels worden slecht afgeruimd en het geld niet waard.
