Cons:

otoparkı olduğu için tutmuştum oteli, otoparkı dolu denildi ve ilk gece dışarıda park yeri aradım.
gece geç yattığım günün sabahında sabah temizlikçilerin kapıları sert kapatmarıyla uyandım ve bu 2-3 saat sürdü saat de 9:00 du bu sesi yaptıklarında.

Kahvaltı iyiydi, konumu güzeldi şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesinde.

Cons:

Wifi bağlantısı kötüydü, 2 oda tutmuştuk birini balkonsuz oda vermişler. Ayrıca konakladığımız tarihlerde dış cephe tadilat çalışması vardı, matkap sesleri biraz rahatsız etti. Otopark ücreti pahalıydı.

מיקום רחוק מהכל, המלון היה בשיפוצים ולא היה רשום בשום מקום! המלון ריק לא הסכימו להעביר אותנו לחדר אחר למרות שהמלון ריק רק בתוספת תשלום. מיותר לציין שבחרנו משם וביטלנו את ההזמנה

Now there is building opps, they are renovating
It was too loud. Untill 04:00 morning I phoned teo times to reception to react because loud guests. When they finished about 04:30 I slept until 08:00 when build workers start to work

Would not repeat or recommend.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and close to the city centre

Cons:

The dinner option and quality. We had the half board option booked and got the same menu for 3 consecutive evening. The swimming pool was unpleasantly cold.

Ναι μεν αλλά..
Pros:

Το αλά καρτ εστιατόριο, το ιδιόκτητο πάρκινγκ, το ευγενικό προσωπικό. Το εστιατόριο (level 9) είναι αυξημένων αξιώσεων και υψηλού επιπέδου. Η θέα εξαιρετική από τον 9ο, ενώ λειτουργεί και σαν καφέ/ μπαρ. Πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, και στο σέρβις και στο πάρκινγκ.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο, υπήρχε διαρκής παραμένουσα μυρωδιά υγρασίας, δεν ήταν καλή η σχέση τιμής και ποιότητας, δεν ήταν επιπέδου 5στερου, παρά το γεγονός ότι είμαστε επιστρέφοντες πελάτες (4 φορές σε ένα ημερολογιακό έτος), δεν τύχαμε της ανάλογης προσοχής ( μας αναφέρθηκε ότι δεν το κατάλαβαν γιατί είμαστε μέσω booking). Μεγάλη ντουλάπα, διπλό κρεββάτι ( όπως το ζητήσαμε) , 3ος με θέα μια ανεγειρομενη οικοδομή. Ανεπαρκής εξαερισμός μπάνιου.
Το πρωινό ήταν υποδεέστερο αυτού που απολαύσαμε τα Θεοφάνεια. Παρά το γεγονός ότι ήτο Πάσχα, δεν βγήκε τσουρέκι ή πασχαλινά κουλουράκια.

Not a 5 stars hotel
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, the staff cleaned the rooms everyday

Cons:

This is not a 5 stars hotel!!! The breakfast was the same every day, very poor, old and cold food, even the bread was old. I couldn’t lock the room door from inside, it is not safe if you have a special needs child, like I do. From outside you had to slam it really hard or it would remain open. The coating of the balcony was falling, I couldn’t lock the door of the balcony so the kids weren’t safe. There was no furniture on the balcony. The heating in the room was a box on the floor, not safe for the kids. I had 2 rooms and both bathrooms need a major renovation. The location is near the train station, the neighborhood not ok. Their restaurant is always empty because the food is not good and expensive. The pool is very small and full of mosquitos
