Nice hotel near city center.
Pros:

The location is perfect, there are lots of nearby restaurants, a convience store, souvenirs shop, laundromat...bed is big and bathroom's nice.

Cons:

"Breakfast included" doesn't include hot drinks other than hot coffee, water and milk. If you want a cappuccino from the machine or something else you have to pay additional fees!! This was my first time hearing this, in every other hotel elsewhere in the world I went to with buffet style, the waiters prepared hot drinks for free! That was the only weird thing...

Beautiful room
Pros:

Everything at Hotel Borg was excellent. Our room was beautiful with a comfortable bed and great bathroom. The spa was perfect after a day out in the cold. We enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was very helpful with local recommendations, arranging transportation, and storing luggage before/after our stay. There were lots of great restaurants, shopping, and activities in easy walking distance. The hotel is right around the corner from bus stop 3 for easy access to Flybus, Grandi shuttle, tour buses, etc.

Great for the family
Pros:

4 night stay with a family of 5. Kids aged 8, 8, 11 loved the breakfasts in the morning and would recommend adding them when booking the rooms. Location is ideal and there is a green area just outside for the kids to play in the snow

Superb and unmissable hotel in the center of Reykjavik
Pros:

A beautiful Art Deco hotel in the very heart of the city center, offering high-quality service, a welcoming, helpful, and friendly staff, and a very comfortable, bright, quiet, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained room... nothing but positives! If we return to Reykjavik, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

Great hotel and experience
Pros:

Staff was very nice and attentive.
We were able to store our bags overnight when we went on a guided 2-day excursion at no charge. Much appreciated.
Rooms were big and very clean.
The location was easy walking distance to main shopping/eating area.

Amazing hotel and location
Pros:

Loved the location, hotel was very nice. Room was super comfortable and bed and pillows luxurious. Breakfast was a great variety and spread. Staff super nice. I stayed for one night and then went on a 3day tour and coming back for nights 4-6 at same hotel and am happy with this choice

Pros:

Thevhotel is in a good location, clean and overall is good. If you are given a room at the front, be aware there is an Irish bar attached to the hotel and there was live music until 2am which could be heard on the 3rd floor with no issues. I find it difficult how the hotel allows this as other guests when we were there mentioned it.

The BEST of the BEST!
Pros:

Our mother/daughter trip to Iceland would not be nearly as memorable if it weren't for the amazing time we had while staying at Hotel Borg. The attention to details, the sweet spa, and the helpful staff-all of these helped make your hotel one of favorites yet!

Great location for exploring Reykjavik
