Huge room and wonderful stay!
Pros:

Room was huge! Really nice fancy hotel with a great location. I loved being in the heart of the city with so many restaurants and activities near by. It’s literally a 2 minute walk to bus stop #3, making catching tours and transfers super easy.

Fabulous service, super clean and comfortable rooms, central location.
Pros:

We had to change rooms to support my husband’s needs and the hotel responded immediately and with everything we needed. We were incredibly impressed.

Cons:

The dining room and bar were not available and we did not know this in advance. We were able to have breakfast but were disappointed that we could not eat in the hotel on our first night.

Fantastic hotel in a conveniently located part of the city.
Pros:

The hotel is located within an easy walk to the bus station, restaurants. and center of town. We had a short taxi ride to the cruise terminal from the hotel. The staff were very helpful with directions, points of interest and calling a taxi.

There wasn't anything I did not like.

It was noisy because it is in the center of town and next to several bars. The management relocated us to another room in order to help us. They were very understanding and did what they could.

Lovely stay
Pros:

I loved staying at this hotel! It had a wonderful atmosphere and was aesthetically very pleasing. The room was well equipped, the heating worked perfectly, and any issues—such as a faulty iron—were resolved in no time. The breakfast was generous and included gluten-free options. The spa area was a nice bonus, and the gym was well equipped. I felt safe throughout my entire stay!

Cons:

The only negative thing I can think of is that there were very few vegan options at breakfast – though this might be a cultural thing, as I noticed the same elsewhere during my stay in Iceland.
