Excellent city centre hotel with fantastic staff.
Pros:

Very good location on the main shopping street with many food options within walking distance. Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of choice and very friendly staff. Our flight home was cancelled due to high winds - the reception staff were fantastic in helping us check the status of the flight and the roads to the airport and immediately booked us back into our existing room for the night. There were even pastries and coffee in the lobby when we left at 3am!

Cons:

Nothing - it was superb.

Hotel de primer nivel en Reikiavik. Altamente recomendado.
Pros:

La habitación que nos asignaron fue muy buena. El servicio del equipo del hotel en recepción y el bar fue formidable. Amabilidad y calidez a todo nivel. Felices con la atención especialmente de Johanna y Oaxanna en la recepción y la atención de Andreu en el bar.

Muy buen hotel en muy buena ubicacion
Pros:

La ubicacion es fantastica, la parada del bus está frente al hotel y estás frente a la calle principal de la ciudad. El personal es muy atento. La habitacion es comoda, tiene vistas muy bonitas y tiene todo lo necesario para mis dias en Reykjavik.

Cons:

Lo unico que podría decir es que la ducha no tiene iluminacion por lo que no se ve mucho cuando te estás bañando. Quizás fue solo mi habitacion.
