Limited parking, but understandable given the central city location. The parking garage nearby was very convenient.

Kamers aan de straat hebben geluidsoverlast van de bussen die voor het gebouw wachten. Er waren ook een paar dingen kapot in de kamer, zoals open stopcontacten. Ook was de badkamer een grote ruimte zonder drempel. Dus na het douchen was ook de wc helemaal nat.

The breakfast was fine - when you were able to be there for it. Twice we had early airline flights which meant we missed breakfast. Once they did provide croissants and beverages. The other time they completely missed providing anything though the front desk clerk did eventually find bananas and tea.
Do not bother with balcony rooms. They balconies are all interconnected (security issue if you open the doors) and no furniture. Rooms were generally hot. Otherwise well appointed.

this room was facing the street and a bus station - which was not only noisy but also we couldnt pull the blinders aside for everyone would be staring at us right from the street :(

Unfortunately it was a quite warm day and rooms were very hot. There was a small fan for our room.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The room was very warm so we definitely needed to crank the windows open but once we did that, it cooled down and was comfortable for sleeping. The breakfast selection was large with delicious pastries and good coffee.
The parking was tricky at the property. The booking tool said there was no onsite parking so we parked in the ramp across the street however once we checked in, we were told that in fact, there were 2 spots in the back alley lot dedicated to the hotel. We moved the vehicle to the back lot which was free for guests but were still charged at the ramp for the 1st hour (no big deal but something to be aware of).
Nice hotel in Reykjavik center, walking distance to all main attractions. The receptionists were very welcoming and were able to offer us a room a little earlier the official check-in time 3pm.
We had a room with balcony, and it was so nice to open the door for fresh air when the weather got a bit too warm. Unfortunately we weren’t able to keep the door open during night, as this balcony is common for all rooms at this floor with an outside staircase to the street.
Breakfast was excellent with good variety, room spacious and bed was comfortable.
