Relación calidad precio descompensada. Hotel antiguo con mobiliario muy antiguo. No tenía ningún tipo de extra(cepillo de dientes kit de afeitado…) para un hotel supuestamente de 5 estrellas.

An impeccable, comfortable experience with exceptional service.
Pros:

My experience at this hotel was simply exceptional. From the moment I checked in, the service was warm, efficient, and highly professional. The staff was always willing to help and attentive to every detail, making me feel truly welcome.

The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The bed was very comfortable, perfect for resting after a day of sightseeing, and the bathroom had everything I needed and was in excellent condition. Furthermore, the atmosphere was very peaceful, ideal for relaxing.

Breakfast was one of the highlights: varied, fresh, and delicious. The hotel's common areas are very well maintained, and the attention to detail is evident in every space.

The location is unbeatable, close to the main attractions and with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and shops.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a memorable experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Hotel maravilhoso em Bogotá
Pros:

Me hospedei no ap 701, quarto amplo, com sofá e mesa, cama confortável, com vários travesseiros e lençóis de excelente qualidade, frigobar, ferro de passar roupa, cafeteira Nespresso com cápsulas gratuitas, e banheiro grande. Todo dia recebia uma garrafa pequena de água mineral.
Café da manhã MARAVILHOSO, várias opções de sucos, frutas, pães, bolos, frios, doces, e ovos, nas sua diferente versões: cozido, frito, mexido e omeletes.
Localização na zona T de Bogotá, o melhor local da cidade, com inumeros bares, restaurantes, lojas diversas, além do elegante shopping Andino, que possui lojas nacionais e internacionais.
O staff é muito atencioso e simpático.

Não houve nada que me desagradou.

De shopping en Bogotá.
Pros:

La ubicación, muy cerca de las grandes tiendas y una variedad enorme de restaurantes. Muy tranquilo y silencioso. El personal es muy amable y atento.

Cons:

Sinceramente fue muy agradable la estancia, solo podría decir que el baño es algo pequeño, sin embargo tiene un vestier con el lavamanos bastante cómodo.

Pedí una habitación con vista a la calle y me pusieron en una habitación interior, porque las que tenían frente a la calle estaban si arreglar.

Deberían permitir la.entrada de aire natural, no todos pueden usar aire acondicionado.
