El hotel dice ser 5 estrellas sin embargo le daría solamente 2

Toallas deshilachadas, viejas gastadas. Edredón sucios, puertas manchadas de sucio.

Personal súper amable y atento, mucha cordialidad lo cual es maravilloso, buen desayuno, ubicación excelente para compras y caminar. Los chicos de la recepción y los del desayuno súper atentos. Se ve que se esmeran en atender al huésped.

Great stay! Will be back
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay. All of the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I had everything I needed. My room was incredibly quiet which I had previously heard could be an issue with some other hotels in the area. The location is perfect. Lots of bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby and I felt very safe walking around as a single woman in the area. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bogota.
