had a good time
Pros:

The atmosphere, restaurant, the cleanliness, staff was exceptional. The the outline and décor of the hotel was outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay and everyone was very hands on.

Cons:

I really didn't like having to pay for parking. That's the only bad thing about it.

The Location is horrible. Homeless all around and construction was overwhelming.I booked online with my card and upon arrival I was not able to book because of my card. It was weird.

Pros:

The size of the room. The breakfast was excellent! The staff were amazing! Angela sent us a text when we checked in to hear how our stay was and I said horrible! The noise from the highway. She said, sorry and we can move you. She did and made our night so much better! She changed our minds so THANK YOU!!!

It was okay. I thought I’d be more impressed, but I wasn’t.
Cons:

I reserved a 2nd day at the last minute, told the front desk upon arrival, I asked if it would be an issue if both days were combined, she said yes only to find out, it wasn’t true. And I had the do not disturb and housekeeping beat on the door and came on in. I expected better.,

Subpar experience, at best.
Pros:

The location. Precious was the host who greeted us and chose our room. She carried herself very well.

Cons:

Dark, heavy art. OUR BED TERRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE. The linens were very low quality. Scratchy.
