Decent hotel, poor housekeeping and unpleasant surroundings
Pros:

The hotel itself is decent overall. However, one major issue was housekeeping. You are charged for this service, yet they “forgot” to clean the room for two days. After the first time, I explicitly asked the front desk to make sure the room would be cleaned, but it still wasn’t done. Considering you are paying for this service, that is not acceptable.
I also sent an email to the hotel about this, but apparently they didn’t find it necessary to respond.
In addition, the location was disappointing. The surrounding area felt quite dirty and not very pleasant, which affected the overall experience.
Because of these issues, my stay was not a positive one.

Perfect Hotel be sure and eat breakfast in their dining area. It is so fresh so tasty and so well prepared.
Pros:

This is such a cool hotel. The abstract art is so beautiful. I love the whole thing the whole thing very clean, casual business family welcomed great location.

Not cheap, but a nice stay.
Cons:

Our air conditioner wasn’t working and was leaking a bunch of water, which made the carpet very wet for our entire stay. Luckily they were able to replace the unit very quickly.
