Good location and good breakfast.
Pros:

Location was very convenient to freeways. Breakfast was good and staff at breakfast very nice and efficient.

Cons:

It looked like it needed to be updated. Carpets need to be replaced. Overall look tired.

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, check In was easy, rooms were great my only complaint was the bartender at the restaurant. She was rude and made us feel like we were bugging her. Would not go there again if she’s working. Other than that all the staff was amazing and the hotel is a prime location.

Very nice family friendly hotel
Pros:

I loved that the rooms were spacious and open. Breakfast in the morning before we headed to the park was perfect. Lots of choices. I will be staying again soon

Cons:

The water pressure or shower heads just not what I would prefer. Not a big deal love this Hotel

Lingling Grand Vacations
Pros:

Lingling was very kind and welcoming! She was in the lobby and checked on me for my stay was very encouraging.

I stayed 3 nights, I would have stayed 4 more nights. I was leaving due to the air conditioning being out for the entirety of my stay.

Favorite hotel in Orange County
Pros:

I always stay here when traveling for work. Great facilities and really nice pool. Lots of stuff within walking distance. Henry is all star!

Henry is the best!!
Pros:

In my visit to Brea, I encountered Henry, the guest Ambassador. He was courteous, professional, and gave me some great suggestions for my visit. It was a pleasant experience and I cant say enough about Henry's professional demeanor.

Enjoyed the stay but aggravated by the billing.
Pros:

Excelllent.

Cons:

The parking billing. I was overbilled (double) the amount I was supposed to pay. Only after 4 calls were they able to correctly refund the right amount. The first 3 clerks that I talked to regarding the mistake said they understood the problem and will make the correction, but they did not. It was only the manager, the 4th person I talked to that corrected the mistake and refunded the right amount.
