Please for the sake of your guests renovate your property and don’t cut corners when doing so. It’s painfully obvious yo
Pros:

Dirty, old and run down. Door could have easily been kicked and opened. Front desk staff was bothered by questions when asked

Cons:

Everything - run down, old, smelled like stale food and mold felt unsafe and beds were uncomfortable. Showers had mold looking substance in the crevices
