Pros:

Typical low quality motel. Nothing too bad, nothing too good. Quiet, considering how close it is to the major roads. Staff is nice. No breakfast, but coffee was provided.
The only thing I thought was really good, was how close it was to a wonderful local park right across, and also to a great grocery store Mother's. It's an okay stay in Orange County, if you're on a budget.

Didn't have a lot of undesireable people hanging around the area

Cons:

I checked in with 3 people there was only enough towels/wash cloths for 2 people. The check in day I went and got some more towels from the front office, the additional 2 days when the maids cleaned the room they only left enough towels/wash cloths for 2 people.

Need better customer service. MATRESS IS PROBABLY AS OLD AS THE HOTEL. COULD FEEL THE SPRINGS. Worst bed, I have slept in my life. The toilet was broken.
