Pros:

Breakfast, bedroom clean & fresh

Cons:

Bed sheets were polyester and not good for my skin. The bath is very deep and dangerous to get out of without no handrail. The bath is also slippy with no mat.

Séjour excellent dans un très bon hôtel
Pros:

L’emplacement (10 minutes à pied de la gare ), le calme ( chambre sur l’arrière) + insonorisation, la literie ( très bon matelas) , bon éclairage dans la chambre, petit déjeuner très correct (un grand merci à la serveuse aussi aimable qu’efficace).

Cons:

I believe there is a water leak somewhere in the building. I am super sensitive and I can’t pick up on leaks that others do not notice. There are companies that can do this and I recommend for all the properties to have this check annually. I have bug bikes all around my ankles so steam cleaning the mattresses pillows duvets is a must to kill bed bugs or fleas!! I am surprised this is not done on a regular basis and particularly between room changes

Le peu d’insonorisation dans les chambres et le protège matelas en plastique sous le drap une horreur (trop chaud et bruyant). Enfin, au moment de la réservation sur booking j’ai coché le paiement sur place. Et bien malgré la confirmation que Booking m’a envoyé, l’établissement s’est permis de m’envoyer un message pour me dire que ma CB n’était pas bonne… que Booking leur avait communiqué un problème… Évidemment aucun problème avec ma CB. Cet établissement fait juste de façon grossière et très désagréable le forcing pour que l’on règle avant. Je peux comprendre leur préoccupation d’encaissement mais dans ce cas il vaudrait mieux ne pas proposer de paiement sur place. Cela éviterait de mettre le client dans de mauvaise disposition avant même qu’il soit sur place. Cela étant à part cet homme très désagréable de la réception, le reste du personnel fut très sympathique.

Molt ben situat per conéixer la ciutat de Perpinyà.
