Everything was nice! Pool could be cleaner
Location is great and staff also very helpful

Los desayunos, muy repetitivos..
Algunas personas del housekeeping desatentas
The breakfast was good, lacking in variety.
There was a situation with the payment of one of the credit cards. The manager Andrew said it easy the person card that was pending the money and he went on to take out more than twice the amount from another cardholder. Would not listen to us. It turned out it was Andrew's fault, since he did not complete the transaction, hence the reason it was pending. All the days spent there we tried to get his attention to resolve, to know avail. Thankfully, we were able to talk to Jessica who understood what happened, looked into the system and realized the payment wasn't confirmed at their end. She resolved the problem.
