Cons:

Es un hotel que le falta mantenimiento debido a el uso de tapete en piso no huele muy bien paralelo a eso me tocó en un primer piso donde toda la noche se escuchaba que cerraban una puerta durísimo entonces pasamos una súper mala noche no servían las tomas de luz el televisor tampoco paralelo a eso la gente no amable y muy costoso para la habitación que recibimos en realidad si merece ser remodelado.

Started of rough, but Management setup and got the job done.
Pros:

Food and location was great.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the night staff didn’t try to assist with the TV nor the Air at all throughout the night.
I suffer with a little Asthma attack, I had to give myself a treatment and had to keep opening up my room door. I tried calling the front desk several times , I tried sending my child to the front desk for assistance unfortunately NO HELP. When I did finally got ahold of the staff, I was told no one comes in until 9a.


What can say is, Management and his Assistant was amazing. Once they heard my situation they got right on it w/o waiting on maintenance. They both walked to my room to see what I experienced and they were very very apologetic. They felt exactly what I was saying. They corrected the issues and remained very professional. I definitely will visit again .

Pros:

It was decent. Just needed a place to crash before my cruise in the morning that didn't break the bank.

Cons:

The price was high so I expected everything to be a little more modern. Bathrooms and decor was a little dated, but all things new will someday be old.

Pros:

Soft beds even though it was leaning to the side

Cons:

No lotion, tv didn’t work. Bed was leaning to one side, booking said they had a shuttle service but they did not an said they haven’t had one since 2018.
