End to a great cruise
Pros:

Stayed here one night after a cruise. Would recommend, rooms are huge, very clean, great staff and excellent complimentary breakfast. We will be staying here again next year.

Great stay for pre cruise and parking
Pros:

We were looking for a hotel in the Miami area for a pre cruise stay and parking . When other hotels were charging 45 a day to park, this Hyatt only charges 10 a day so a huge savings in that alone. As with most of our Hyatt experiences, the hotel was clean and inviting

good location close to the airport but could use some updates
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and even a grocery store. It is not far from the airport and I believe even has an airport shuttle. The room we had was pretty spacious, however, the bathroom was a little small. The breakfast is plentiful but the scrambled eggs were a little cold each morning. We had some issues with housekeeping responses and was even told that they were shorthanded in that area. Our concerns were addressed as best as they could by the front desk people but it is not their job and they housekeeping woman we actually spoke to should have taken care of our concerns.

The room was great. The receptionist recommended a good restaurant and we loved it.

The receptionist was excellent. He apologized for the delay getting our room ready. Another receptionist told us our room was ready.
