Hotel Buena Vista

Dear Hotel Buena Vista Management Team,

We recently stayed at your hotel and booked three rooms in total. Unfortunately, one of the rooms — Room 327 — was located right next to the highway and was extremely noisy throughout the entire night. The noise was so severe that the four of us staying in that room were unable to sleep at all.

This situation caused us significant discomfort and exhaustion, and it seriously affected our schedule the next day. Providing guests with a quiet and restful environment is a basic expectation of any hotel, but Room 327 clearly failed to meet that standard.

Therefore, we are strongly requesting a full refund for Room 327 due to the unacceptable noise conditions. Please respond as soon as possible and let us know how the refund will be processed.

Room was comfy, could use a better shower head and a little more space in the restroom.But it was a nice hotel which was close to where my wife and I like to be.

I recently found a great spot near the freeway that's super convenient! 🛣️ The best part is how friendly the staff is; they always make me feel welcome. Plus, it's located so close to downtown SLO, making it easy to pop in and out.

Older hotel with updated features. Nice, clean, and comfy. Conveniently located, great for a quick family trip or stay over.

Basic, clean and quiet. No issues except water pressure in shower was kind of low (might be typical of California hotels).

Our room was clean and perfect for a one night stay.

Free breakfast was gone by 8am- not even bottled water available. Night staff was friendly, morning staff rude and unhelpful. Told us to go to the gas's station for water.

Super sweet staff and the grounds are beautiful! There's a quaint little courtyard I would've loved to enjoy if our soccer game wasn't so early the next morning. That just means we'll have to come back again!

Super easy check in and enjoyed my stay

The room was clean and beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was all very nice and helpful. They have a fitness room in a cute cottage like bldg. They also have a laundry room that we used because we unexpectedly tipped our kayak in moro bay so I was able to get change and laundry soap to wash our clothes. We will definitely be staying there again. Thank you

The rooms were clean, the pool was clean, the front desk guy was very friendly while checking me in. I thought it was a pretty good experience all the way around for what we paid. We'll probably only be staying here from now on when vacationing on the coast.

Nice place

Logan at the front desk set the tone for a lovely stay. Great to know that a few rooms have kitchenettes (I was in 301 with one). Hot tub was nice and pool area is well kept. Decor is a bit dated but spotlessly clean. Thanks for a wonderful stay
