Everything was great and plan to book again. I wish you had bacon though for breakfast too and lemons for tea. Otherwise, very nice place.

O estacionamento não é no prédio tive que andar 10 minutos a pé em um menos -30 graus , a limpeza do quarto não estava bem feita , tinha cabelo na cama e muita poeira , de manhã acordei com uma hóspede falando alto ao telefone do lado do meu quarto sem dizer que o quarto é muito pequeno e tinha um odor forte dentro do quarto que eu não soube descrever

Night Shift staff who was a terrible TERRIBLE person to have in a service position! Bless his heart; he did not (could not???) establish eye contact once...over 3 separate interactions with me as a client, over a 45 min registration experience.
I love this hotel. This was our second time coming here, and we will be back. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and well-kept. The location is wonderful because it is near everything. Great experience.
I do not have an issue with Booking.com itself. My experience with Booking.com was fine and the booking process went smoothly.
However, I have serious complaints regarding the hotel. Upon check-in, the hotel charged me a USD 100 deposit, which was explained as a deposit for parking during my 6-night stay (January 10–16). This amount was charged as approximately CAD 139. When I checked out, I specifically asked whether this deposit would be refunded, and I was told it would be returned within 5 to 10 business days.
Unfortunately, not only was the deposit never refunded, but on January 19 an additional USD 60 (approximately CAD 85) was charged to my card without any explanation. I attempted to contact the hotel multiple times. I was transferred to a manager and left a voicemail, but I never received any response. Emails sent to the hotel have also gone unanswered.
Additionally, there was a serious issue with the room door locks. The key card often did not work, and it sometimes took 15–20 attempts to open the door. This caused repeated inconvenience every time I tried to enter or leave the room. I stayed in room 233 from January 10 to January 16.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the hotel’s lack of responsiveness and professionalism and would like to know who will take responsibility for these unresolved issues.
