Glad I chose this hotel, very reasonable.
Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding. The staff was fabulous. Our shower knob was loose and our toilet needed to be plunged and it was repaired 20 minutes after we asked. The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful. The website says free shuttle from airport, but not so, there is a reasonable fee although they did not charge us because we had to wait over an hour due to a van problem.

Cons:

The property was old and worn. Stains on the carpet.

The staff was nice and the a/c worked great everything else was outdated.

The ceiling was falling off. The sink had stuff in it. The door lock was not working the lightbulb was burned out. Bad insulation you could hear everything in the outside hall because there was a gap under the door.

Overpriced for condition and distance from airport
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. We were able to get into our room earlier.

Cons:

The pillows on the bed were too thick and they had no thinner ones. I had to use 3 towels stacked together. The earliest shuttle was not
until 6 am - we had to use an expensive Uber as we had an early flight.
This hotel is overpriced for the condition of the building and distance from the airport etc.

Worst hotel experience ever.
Pros:

It was dirty, dingy, disgusting and the customer service awful. We almost left at midnight to find another hotel but it was late and we were tired.

Cons:

Dirty facilities, awful smell in room, wall smudged with either blood or feces.

Hotel razonablemente comodo y con una adecuada relación costo-beneficio.
Pros:

El hotel es muy tranquilo. Aunque las instalaciones tienen algunos años, se encuentran razonablemente bien conservadas y ofrecen una estancia cómoda. Está situado algo alejado del centro de Boston, pero el servicio de shuttle gratuito a JFK/UMas que ofrece el hotel resulta de gran ayuda para los desplazamientos. En cualquier caso, un Uber hasta South Station tampoco supone un gasto elevado.

En mi caso llegué en coche, pero considero que para visitar Boston es mucho más práctico utilizar el tren o el metro, ya que el tráfico puede llegar a ser bastante complicado.

Como tenía previsto desplazarme principalmente a pie, también exploré los alrededores del hotel. A unos 300 metros se encuentra un supermercado Stop & Shop muy completo, donde se puede encontrar prácticamente de todo. El camino puede resultar algo confuso la primera vez, pero es fácil llegar una vez que se conoce la ruta.

Además, hay un Dunkin' cercano que ofrece desayunos y café, una buena alternativa si se prefiere desayunar fuera del hotel. También hay una pizzería en las inmediaciones, ideal para cenar algo rápido al final del día.

Justo enfrente del hotel hay una bolera muy entretenida que, además de las pistas de bolos, dispone de opciones para comer y dede el hotel se puede pedir comida a domicilio en este restaurante.

El desayuno incluido está bastante bien, con una buena selección de fruta, además de las opciones habituales de este tipo de establecimientos.

Sin duda, uno de los puntos fuertes del hotel es la relación calidad-precio, que me pareció excelente.

Cons:

Creo que sería conveniente prestar un poco más de atención al mantenimiento. El baño de mi habitación tenía una pequeña fuga de agua que, aunque no afectó mi estancia ni mi comodidad, sí me generó cierta preocupación por el desperdicio innecesario de agua
