Very disappointing experience for a hotel that claims to be five-star.

Upon arrival after a long trip, there was no assistance with luggage. Housekeeping never came after we requested service, and I had to personally search for staff to get help. The hallways were dirty, the room had a strong cigarette smell despite being designated as non-smoking, and the front desk staff were generally not welcoming or helpful.

The cleanliness was also disappointing. The towels provided in the room had visible black stains on them, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a five-star property.

We also used the laundry service, and one of my husband’s dress shirts was returned damaged with a staple hole in the fabric.

To make matters worse, I checked out early and informed the hotel in advance through Booking.com messages and directly at the property. Two unused nights were refunded, but the hotel refused to refund the remaining unused night despite having received advance notice.

Pros:

El trato del personal excelente... Atención al guest de primera calidad. Cuidaron de mi des del primer dia. La habitacion perfecta. Hicimos un evento corporativo en el hotel y fue excelente tambien. Muchas gracias por todo.

Rahat bir gün geçirmek için ideal
Pros:

Otel temiz ve güzeldi. Check-in ve check-out sırasında İlayda ve Deniz Hanım çok yardımcı oldular. Her şey hızlı ve rahat ilerledi, bir problem yaşamadık.

Шикарный вид на Анкару!!!
Pros:

Достойный отель с великолепным видом, открывающимся из панорамных окон на центр Анкары с ее необыкновенно живописным рельефом и красными крышами домов. Разнообразный завтрак с хорошим выбором блюд. Отдельное спасибо за очень раннее заселение и апгрейд номера на более высокий этаж!!! Порадовало общение с официантом в ресторане, который разговаривал на русском языке. Жаль, что русскоговорящий молодой человек не является сотрудником ресепшн, с ним многие вопросы решались бы намного быстрее.

Buche nie einen Flug mit booking, es sei denn Du bist Masochist
Pros:

Frühstück gut, ausser wenn 3 Busladunden alles geplündert haben und z. B. kein flatbread mehr nachkommt. Check in und out sehr gut mit einem Mirarbeiter, der sich sehr bemühte, uns auf deutsch zu bedienen.

Cons:

Executive lounge habe ich schon deutlich besser gesehen. Service dort sehr gut, aber Essensangebot dürftig. Ist daher das Geld kaum wert.

Très bel hotel avec excellent service
Pros:

Très beau séjour dans cet hôtel. Le service était excellent avec un personnel particulièrement réactif, agréable et attentif tout au long de notre séjour. Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment excellent, avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité. Nous avons également eu la chance d’être surclassés dans une magnifique suite avec terrasse, une très belle surprise ! La chambre était récente, spacieuse et très jolie. Les installations sont également un vrai plus : piscine, spa et salle de sport au top. Une très belle expérience que nous avons beaucoup appréciée.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif concerne notre dernière nuit. En pleine nuit, une très forte odeur de tabac est arrivée dans notre chambre, au point qu’il était presque impossible de dormir. Nous avions réellement l’impression que quelqu’un fumait directement dans la chambre. L’hôtel a été réactif et nous a proposé un changement de chambre immédiatement, ce que nous avons apprécié, mais en plein milieu de la nuit cela était assez contraignant. Nous avons également été dérangés par de forts bruits venant de l’étage supérieur. Dommage pour cette dernière nuit qui a un peu terni une expérience jusque-là excellente.

Magnifique
Pros:

Nous avions réservé une chambre 2 adultes grand lit + 1 lit enfant. Malheureusement la première nuit nous sommes arrivé dans une petite chambre sans lit enfant avec lit séparés. Mais le personnel a su être réactif, et à pu même nous upgraté pour notre plus grand bonheur.

Un grand merci également à Elina et Deniz les guest expériences ainsi que le personnel j'ai beaucoup apprécié leur professionnalisme et implication tout au long de celui-ci.

Wirklich alles bestens vom Personal bis zum Frühstück und auch die Zimmer. Was außergewöhnlich toll war, der junge Mann an der Rezeption, als wir ankamen. Absolute Weltklasse, wie der uns bedient hat. Denkt mit und ist super zuvorkommend.
