I would highly recommend this lovely hotel! A great home base for a visit to Boston.
Pros:

Charming hotel in a great location. Safe, walkable and near lots of restaurants, bars and sites. There is a handy food market right across the street. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The hotel will book a breakfast reservation for you at the Harvard Club, next door, which was super convenient.

Cons:

Our room had 2 double beds and a pull-out sofa, which worked pretty well for our group of 3. Minor improvements, like more hooks in the bathroom, a few more hangers and an additional waste basket would be welcome but those are nit picks.

Our second time staying at the Eliot and we definitely will return! Customer Service is Top Shelf!
Pros:

we went to the restaurant at the Hotel location. The food was delicious! I highly recommend the avocado toast :)

The location was great, the staff was friendly and attentive and we were very happy with our stay.
Pros:

The staff was super attentive. It was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

The only thing I would mention was we had trouble controlling the room temperature. Even though we tried to turn the thermostat down, it would rest.

Incredible staff beautiful and comfortable facilities in prime location
Pros:

This hotel has everything that you’re looking for. Starts with the incredible staff, you feel at home with impeccable service. Second the room was spacious, and perfect for families, with a living space and bedroom. We slept beautifully. Third the location is hard to beat, perfectly located in the heart and close proximity for travelling to neighbouring areas. Thank you The Eliot for a beautiful stay. We loved it!

Pros:

Equipe de front desk amável e educada, a gerente, além de receptiva e uma excelente profissional, contornou situações iniciais críticas, principalmente em relação a limpeza do nosso quarto que salvou o resto da nossa estadia.

Cons:

Não ter o café da manhã incluso. O que é servido com o pagamento extra, é tipicamente americano, nada de frutas e com poucas opções de escolha.

I think my father in law said it best, “It felt like home”.
Pros:

The property was in a great location, just a block away from the Hynes convention Center stop.
The suites were very spacious. Having the living area really helped with my 5 month old son, he had plenty of space to lay around and play.
My father in law said it “felt like home”.

Cons:

They were a lot of workers doing work on some of the room in the property which made the wait time for the elevator in the late morning early afternoon pretty long. But it was understandable and definitely didn’t take away from our great experience here.
