Ottima posizione ma servizi da migliorare
Pros:

Struttura in una zona esclusiva di Chicago, a due passi dalla Magnificent Mile e dalla Hancock Tower, oltre che alla spiaggia Oak Street. Molto vicina a diverse fermate del bus, mentre per la metro bisogna camminare una quindicina di minuti. La camera era ampia, dotata di cucina e diversi armadi. Il letto era comodo.

Cons:

Rispetto alla camera il bagno era un po' piccolo e il divano letto molto scomodo, oltre al fatto che non era stato fatto in anticipo ma abbiamo dovuto aprirlo e farlo noi. La pulizia della camera viene effettuata solo dopo il quinto giorno ma si può richiedere il cambio degli asciugamani in reception. La struttura offre wi-fi gratuito ma per quasi due giorni non c'è stata connessione, senza alcuna spiegazione da parte della struttura. La colazione era buona ma lo spazio era troppo piccolo rispetto al numero di ospiti della struttura... ogni mattina bisognava fare la fila di 15-20 minuti prima di riuscire a prendere il cibo.

I did not like the parking I did not like that I had to pay $70 Per night for ballet parking I did not like that I did not have a view of the lake I did not like that they did not clean my room the entire time I was there and that I had to request additional tiles

Buena ubicacion. Poco servicio
Pros:

La ubicacion es muy buena.

Cons:

No nos hacian la habitaion , si bien decian que en el dia tres hacian una limpieza, no la hicieron y al reclamar solo nos cambiaron las toallas. nisiquiera sacaron la basura

Pros:

The hot breakfast was great. One morning the coffee was not ready when breakfast started. Another morning they ran out of hot water quite early....those are tough things to guage. The location was wonderful for catching city transit and attending the Air and Water Show. Downtown Chicago is beautiful and interesting.

Hotel pulito in centro e vicino a tutti i servizi, da migliorare la colazione

Cons:

Colazione scarsa e quando finiscono i prodotti non vi sono scorte, inoltre è mal organizzata negli spazi con tavoli insufficienti

Location,excellent service from everyone.

Cons:

When I looked out my windows, of a room i booked months ago, and being our first time in Chicago, I was a little disappointed when we saw a dump heap. It was my Husband's Birthday, also, so I really wanted a special night. The staff apologized for the construction that would take place around 8 am, I got that, but was hoping for a special nite.

Pros:

Great location. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The hotel is undergoing construction, which we were not informed about at the time of booking. The noise was at time so loud, it was unbearable.

The breakfast situation is ridiculous: under capacity and under staffed meant long lines (20’) to grab something to eat and dirty tables, if any available.

Pros:

Great location, spacious room, nice pool, decent breakfast

Cons:

Breakfast with 2 hours too short - leads to crazy rush and wait times. Should be at least 3 hours long. Also, Wi-Fi was out for 2 days while we were there

It was very basic . Needs updating . Breakfast poor and serves on paper plates and plastic cutlery.

Cons:

Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable .
Water pressure in shower weak and difficult to regulate . Went hot and cold mid shower. Only 1 tiny saucepan and no oven tray available.
