For the price paid, very disappointed with the service level of the staff and poor sleep
Pros:

Hotel facilities very nice and clean

Cons:

Service from staff extremely slow and made you feel you were inconveniencing them.

Cost of meals in the restaurant was high, expected decent portion size. Very shocked when an £18 poke bowl turned up and there was alot of plate on show than food- all the listed ingredients didn’t come, so had to ask for the missing items and told it was as because of new chefs

Mattress was very uncomfortable, Premier inn more comfortable to sleep which was disappointing given the price difference!

Ideal!
Pros:

Spotlessly clean, staff were amazing. Room was massive with decent AC. Linens and towels were lovely and soft. Couldn’t hear a thing from any adjoining rooms.

Cons:

If I had to pick a fault, the mattress was an old spring one - comfortable but noisy.
Also, not a problem for us, but no mini fridge.

Quality hotel at reasonable prices, great location for the Isle of Wight ferries
Pros:

Hot cookie on arrival, excellent. Friendly helpful staff, good buffet breakfast, nice big bar, quality bedrooms

Restaurant menu had a good variety of food available.

Cons:

My hotel was wrong and automatically charged to my card. Receptionist couldn't do anything. I was given an email address as also no finance person at the hotel to sort the over payment out.

No hot water to have a shower.

Hot breakfast option was over cooked.

Room very warm, air conditioning didn't work properly.
