The hotel room was lovely and clean. Towels nice & fluffy.

Cons:

The pillows & duvet were a bit flat. Very surprised to be charged extra £7.50 per night for parking considering we were staying there! Have never been charged for car park attached to hotel before! Totally unnecessary!

Really comfortable and would definitely book again. Good value for money.
Pros:

Best shower ever had in a hotel! Nice touches like cookies and water on arrival. Good food available. Very clean and well decorated rooms. Fantastic towels.

Cons:

Slightly not thick enough duvet but personnel preference. Black mould type colouring around the window. For a cheaper stay the food prices were a little high.

Pros:

Clean, organised hotel, with good facilities. Staff were helpful when needed, and there was adequate parking.

Cons:

At one point the fire alarm went off for long enough that it was necessary to evacuate the hotel. It took me walking the perimeter of the building to main reception and to queue up to enquire whether it was safe as there were staff deployed to communicate with residents about the issue.

Pros:

Everything , the warm and lovely staff, perfect location for access to Peppa Pig World which was the reason for our stay. Great breakfast options for kids.
