Restaurant staff were very attentive and polite.
Although food was pricey.. it was good and well presented.
Everywhere was nice and clean.
Parking was good.

Excellent service from Clare in the restaurant this evening, very helpful and pleasant.

Was at the bar today and saw a bartender being shouted at by some worker he tried to walk away but she followed him i could hear it from my table, he didnt deserve this treatment as he was super friendly and quite a funny chap I just thought it was real unprofessional of this lady to make a scene and follow him as he was trying to defuse the situation. He really showed strong will to keep it together was a perfect visit to the hotel other than this altercation between workers i believe his name was jay or jev really good customer service will be back again.

We have just stayed here for the 3rd time and as always it was a great stay , from the friendly greeting at reception , the friendly bar man (sorry didn’t catch your name) , the food in the restaurant was lovely and Claire was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us , the rooms are very spacious and comfortable , all in all this hotel is brilliant value for money and the staff are a credit to the hotel

Hotel was lovely, the room was spacious, with lovely mattress and pillows. Claire and Javin working in the bar were amazing, friendly and attentive.

We took our dog with us, who was allowed in the bar area, would definitely recommend if ur visiting Southampton or pre cruising

Everything went well - except for my booking with Booking.com
The lady was beautifully polite but her understanding of my problem was unclear. I tried to amend my booking so as to get some medical assistance, but she did not comprehend, so in frustration I gave up in the end,, after managing to get to a doctor. I loved the hotel and all the staff were very helpful.

Great location close to airport & cruise terminal.
Fabulous welcome from Holly on reception. We were given free late checkout as it was quiet. There was a really friendly team with Claire & Jeven on bar/waiting on. Food was great,came out hot, good value.
Room(431) was clean,bed very comfy,big white towels,ample toiletries ,hot shower.
Breakfast was fabulous,we saw Claire again and it was lovely she remembered us from the evening. There was a great variety fruit,cereal, breads,,pastries and a full hot buffet of bacon,wgg sausage,beans & hash browns..
You can hear the motorway slightly but not enough to disturb sleep.
I used weights and treadmill in gym, I was I there alone for an hour which was great.It was a bit grubby,and no equipment wipes or towels available, but that didnt bother me. Overall a fabulous pre cruise stop over. Would highly recommend 👌

Problems with heating in the room which made for a chilly start. After contacting reception the duty manager quickly provided a plug in electric heater which greatly improved the comfort

I am currently staying here with business, when I arrived I was greeted with a professional warm welcome, every member of staff I speak to across the hotel have been externally friendly and present.

The rooms are clean and tidy and fully equipped, from shower gel through to ironing board and hair dryer.

The heating and AC works well, there is an openable window and the bed is comfortable.

The food is good, the menu isn’t extensive but there is plenty on there and the quality is good too.

I read a few reviews before attending and I was a little concerned but I can say that my experience has been nothing short of great.
