Pleasant - a bit more attention to cleanliness would have improved the score.

I had a nice stay at the Hilton - Southampton. The staff were lovely and the location/ premises themselves were pleasant.

Cons:

I was a bit disappointed to find the bed sheets were dirty on arrival and there was hair in the bin and the carpets did not appear to have been hoovered. The bed sheets were actioned immediately after raising it with staff, however, the hair and other bits were not. I would stay here again, but I didn't feel I got the best quality for the price.
