Poor value for the money we paid. And would not stay again.
Pros:

The location was very useful for Port and city.

Cons:

Terrible service by the French waiter in the restaurant 😑 absolutely appalling attitude. We complained to the manager but to be honest we Imagine he's heard it all before.Our window on the 5th floor was broken and litteraly screwed down. The air con barely worked. Though we were given a very noisy portable one.

Pleasant stay but too far from city centre
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff who were happy to help with anything.

Cons:

Car parking charge. Room too expensive for what we had in the room. No bottled water in the room. We had no hand towels or bath mat in the room but the staff gave us some when we asked.

Not worth the money we paid. They double the rates for cruises or concerts.
Pros:

Free parking for disabled badge holders

Cons:

Air conditioning not working properly, never knew when and if you would get fresh towels or if your room was going to be cleaned, lucky if you had water pressure at night for a shower.
Excuses from hotel it's always hot at the top of the hotel, if that is so then perhaps you need to upgrade your air-conditioning.

Poor customer service
Pros:

Good location near to the concert we were going to

Cons:

Did not respond to a spe ial request until it was too late I wanted an upgrade and a message putting in the room for my wife they did neither I also asked them to ring me a taxi when i was left stranded at the concert they said they would do this but didn't and did not bother to ring me back to tell me the staff member also said why don't you and your wife walk back this was after midnight in an area were not accustomed to and 4 to 5 mile away! They said they couldn't get me a taxi but I found a number rang it and got a taxi within 15 minutes very poor customer service

very disappointed in the room with the noisy old mattresses.
Pros:

Front desk folks were very nice and got us in a bit before our reservation. Hilton Honors helped Fish and chips at dinner was great, even the chef came out to make sure everything was fine.

Cons:

The mattress was all springs...made lots of noise. No electrical outlet in bathroom. No night light. No bath mat so was very slippery and dangerous. Room for 2 but only 1 chair, makes no sense.
