Bedroom was clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom had amply towels and supplies. Enjoy the check-in cookie (as always.)
Bed mattress and pillows hard. Currently there is renovation/construction going on. I am very good at driving and maneuvering my truck. It extremely difficult to get out of the parking stall due to construction materials in the way and the construction truck next to my vehicle making almost nearly impossible to leave. Rent property now and get this out of way for your paying customers.

I want to thank the staff for their professionalism, courtesy and compassion during our stay. This location is hands downs the best I have stayed at in all of my travels at Hilton properties. They have always been kind and helpful. They make you feel more like family than a person who is staying at the hotel.
I want to say thank you to Cait at the front desk she is always courteous, kind and makes sure our stay is the best every time we go there.
This time was even more touching because of the situation we went through. I would also like to thank Evan Stiefel, the food and beverage manager for taking time to talk to me in the elevator. I had just returned from the hospital and he happened to get on the elevator and his kind words and subsequent best wishes card mean a great deal to me and my family.
We are truly thankful for everything the staff did to make our staff the best it could be.
Our experience at breakfast was outstanding. Our server Shannon went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. I didn’t think I would make it down after having a migraine. She greeted me warmly when I joined the table. We will back just to see Shannon!
Tried to block rooms for my son’s wedding and fell victim to a classic bait-and-switch scam - the woman in charge of blocking rooms was supposed to email me the proposal, but was magically unreachable for 5 days, until she had made sure she doubled all the advertised rates on all the websites.
We discovered at all the hotels we visited that one of the first questions these people ask is “what other hotels are you looking at?” which I’m now sure is to collude and get them to raise their prices as well.
The gym, and the pool
The breakfast is $18 per person, parking is $25, the shower was extremely small, the beds were uncomfortable, the TV was not a smart TV. The rooms were outdated and poorly lit. The only reason I stayed here was because of the location.
Parking spots are very tight.. my truck was hit “rubbed” by car next to me.. and not a note or anything didn’t know it till later that day..
Got to experience the Presidential Suite. The staff was very nice and went out of their way to make our anniversary and our stay wonderful.

I'm a smoker, it was raining for a couple of our days while staying there,so a covered smoking area would of been great instead of having to stand in the rain to be in compliance with your policy.Thank you

We booked a jacuzzi room like we always do when we stay there, but the Jacuzzi only had cold water so we didn’t get to use it

Shannon went above and beyond. We had an early meeting and she made us a fresh pot of coffee and cont’d to check on us consistently with a smile.
On the evening of January 6, Sarah was incredibly helpful. We had no reservation and our first timers in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Sarah provided a wealth of information on local restaurants and attractions and more importantly was able to completely answer all of our questions regarding the hotel, facilities and timing. She is an outstanding representative of the Hilton family.
