Very convenient location to universal studio. Staff members Juan and Vanessa very nice and hospitable. Welcomed us warmly with our pet we traveled with. Juan helped us with our luggage as I recently had surgery. Rooms come with kitchens and living room areas. 10 out of 10 I def recommend.

I find cockroaches in the hallway. I know it's Florida, and you are gonna find them inevitable. However, everything was great.
The lights are not bright walking to your room. Its dim which is a cozy feeling like home. Very clean hotel.

Stains on the side of the bed, chipped wood on the dressers. Overall stay was just ok! Pool and beach access made it better.
Could have been more clean and more attention to detail of the furniture that is broken or old.

There's a Asian American guy that works evening/night shift.

I asked to PURCHASE laundry soap... He accused me of getting 2 boxes for free soap earlier that night
... I said no sir. I GOT 2 ROLLS OF TOILET PAPER earlier... I also said I can pay for the toilet paper, its not a big deal.
He didn't apologize and gave me 1 laundry soap box . I asked how much he just said 1 box is free.
That was Thursday night the 16th...

Rooms could use more sugar and coffee if its booked for a long stay. I also think coffee and sugar should be complimentary... And breakfast should be included in the stay of Hotel.... especially when paying $1300 for a 5 days...
The pullout couch bed is HORRIBLE!!!... Absolutely Zero comfort
The mattress is super thin, and feel the bars while laying down.

This was our fourth visit to Sonesta and we were happy with the majority of things.
The location is fantastic with access to everything you could possibly need on international drive.
Pool & hot were great. Laundry was good.
The only issue we had was the Sixt car rental cleaning people located in the car park at the far right hand corner of the hotel.
We were on the third floor but were woken every morning at 7am either by the high power pressure washer or the vacuum cleaner!
We did bring this up with reception to ask them if he could possible clean the windows first and leave the power washing/vacuuming until 8am, to be told that it’s nothing to do with them, even though they are on their land.
They said they were full for the next couple of night but then we could move rooms if we wanted to in the middle of the day. We were not prepared to disrupt a full day of our holiday, so had no option but to stay put. Just beware if you are out at that side of the hotel, ask to move straight away unless you are a very deep sleeper!
