Pros:

Location was central for all the parks and walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful.

Great Location.
Pros:

The location was perfect, with ICON directly opposite and numerous other bars and restaurants with in short walking distance. There was also easy access to the trolley which was great for exploring further a field. There hotel had everything that we needed including a small pool.

Cons:

We cannot think of anything although the bath was somewhat shallow and the shower had a curtain which I personally have an aversion too. The hotel however failed to make up the extra bed in our son’s room for our granddaughter although this was not a big issue.

The location was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The property was very welcoming to our service dog.the room was spacious for 4 adults

Super Location
Pros:

Very friendly staff... so welcoming.
Fabulous location just opposite Icon Park and the stop for itrolley is just outside.
Very comfortable beds. Great having a Starbucks onsite too. Would definitely consider staying again.

Cons:

Bathtub in our room has seen better days and shower temp hard to control.

Pros:

The staff was incredibly friendly. The hotel is clean and has tons of space to spread out and relax. It's close to both a Wal-Mart and the Orange County Convention Center. And its a 10 min Uber to Universal Studios.

Cons:

The free shuttle service is just once in the morning and night, not super convenient. Also, and this was the biggest negative, the bed mattress are extremely hard. To the point where my shoulders and neck hurt every morning and I would wake up multiple times at night. I might not stay here again because of how hard the mattress are.
