Cons:

A rua que fica o hotel, fica fechada para que os pedestre tenham acesso, por ser uma rua muito turística com muitos restaurantes etc. por esse motivo você desce na esquina do carro e tem que ir andando.
O hotel não disponibiliza ninguém pra ajudar com as malas, isso dificultou pouco pq eu tá com com 4 malas e minha mãe idosa de 64 anos.
Andar com as malas pra rua onde passava carro, sem ajuda de alguém do hotel, foi complicado.

Das Zimmer ist für vier Personen recht klein, was jedoch anhand der Bilder im Internet ersichtlich ist – daher wussten wir, worauf wir uns einlassen. Das Hotel ist zum Ozean hin ausgerichtet, sodass nur die vorderen Zimmer Meerblick haben, eventuell teilweise seitlich.

Beim ersten Aufenthalt erhielten wir ein Zimmer auf der rechten Seite im 3. Stock, wo sich offenbar die gesamte technische Infrastruktur des Hotels befindet, einschließlich der Klimaanlagen. Es gab keinen Ausblick, und bei geöffnetem Fenster war es recht laut. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war jedoch alles in Ordnung.

Beim zweiten Mal bekamen wir ein Zimmer auf der linken Seite im 1. Stock, zur Seitenstraße hin. Der Ausblick war deutlich besser – grüne Sträucher und vor allem ein teilweiser Meerblick. Leider befindet sich dort vermutlich die Küche, da wir Geräusche von der Lüftung sowie Essensgerüche wahrgenommen haben. Das Fenster blieb daher ebenfalls geschlossen. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war jedoch auch hier alles in Ordnung.

Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, haben es jedoch gesehen – es sah hervorragend aus. Insgesamt gehörte das Restaurant inklusive der Außenterrasse zu den schönsten und geschmackvollsten auf der gesamten Ocean Drive.

Cons:

Meiner Meinung nach war anhand der Fotos im Internet alles klar ersichtlich, daher werde ich mich über die Zimmergröße nicht beschweren – wir wussten, worauf wir uns einlassen. Mehrfach wurde erwähnt, dass die Ausstattung der Zimmer etwas älter sei, uns hat das jedoch überhaupt nicht gestört. Die Badezimmer entsprechen zwar nicht den neuesten Standards, waren jedoch sehr authentisch und schön im Art-déco-Stil gestaltet. Außerdem war alles sauber.

A notre arrivée, même si nous étions accompagnés d'enfants, on nous a fait passer par l'entrée de service, sans aucune explication et de manière très hautaine de la part de la personne e qui nous a accueilli. Pas de petit dej compris, c'est vraiment dommage surtout quand on a des enfants. le restaurant de l'hôtel pour le soir est très très cher !
Le personnel n'est vraiment pas aimable.
2 chambres réservées, pas situées à coté….
Je pense sincèrement que les familles ne sont pas les bienvenues

Cons:

On arrival, the lift was not working and no assistance was offered. The room we were allocated was filthy: hairs throughout, sticky surfaces, and a toilet that did not flush. There was also no storage or space to hang clothes.

The room was completely unacceptable and not fit for guests. We left after only a few hours. When we informed reception, there was no concern, apology, or attempt to resolve the situation. When I followed up with a message they didn’t acknowledge any resolution.

This was a deeply disappointing experience and far below any reasonable hotel standard. We would not recommend staying here.
