Good hotel and nice staff also clean and average rooms its average but good for stay at moscow

Pros:

Hotel is a bit old but location was excellent. Maximum 5 min walking distance to Dinamo subway station and Aviapark Shopping Mall.
Cleaning was good, breakfast was amazing. So many options for eating. But hard catch up free room. There is always event in hotel.

Pros:

I have to say that my problem was with the receptionists. I don´t understand how a hotel representing itself as an international may have staff with weak knowledge of the English language? I´m very sorry that I don´t speak Russian, but...
Other than that, the hotel is charming, and it is a little bit old but clean and well placed. It is close to the station Dynamo.

Сам отель Аэростар понравился, недалеко от метро Динамо. Нас заселили сразу как пришли, примерно 12-30. За это очень большое спасибо. Завтраки очэнь хорошие, на любой вкус. Шведский стол. Но, номер 739 с неприятном запахом. Он чисто убран, в этом плане замечаний нет. На ресепшене я попросил что то сделать с этим запахом, но мой вопрос остался без внимания. Это меня очень огорчило. В целом этот минус не повлиял на наш отдых, так как мы приехали гулять по новогодней Москве, а не сидеть в номере и мы получили массу положительных эмоций. Спасибо Москва.

Всё отлично! Отзывчивый персонал, очень хороший завтрак. 2 станции метро в 10-15 минутах ходьбы. Огромный торговый центр в 10 минутах ходьбы.
Единственный большой минус - это отсутствие звукоизоляции! Отлично слышно все разговоры и звуки за стеной!(

Pros:

This is an older hotel built to a high standard, still relevant, still luxurious in condition. I spend a minimum of 4 nights per month in Moscow hotels. The staff is first rate, top tier. Every amenity is available, and the food in the breakfast restaurant and the mezzanine bar restaurant is prepared and served, top tier. Transportation to every part of the city is easy. The finest name stores are close; also a variety of foods, cinema, and lounge entertainment. I congratulate the management and staff.

Pros:

Очень понравился номер люкс. За небольшие деньги отличное предложение . Была проведена реновация некоторых номеров в 2020 году. Завтраки тоже вполне неплохие, есть свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок , слабосоленый лосось. В целом остались прекрасные впечатления от посещения отеля .

Nice stay at Aerostar Hotel, easy access to underground and quickly to get to the city centre. Friendly staff, new renovated comfort rooms. Nice and the biggest mall, Aviapark is nearby. Quick check - in and check out, when you leave the hotel.

В отёле идёт реконструкция, что вселяет оптимизм. Номера небольшие, качество и состояние номера весьма посредственное. В период карантина цена оч доступная, что позволяет мириться с описанными недостатками

Отель ещё советских времён с большими по площади номерами и соответствующим убранством.Не сказать, что плохо, но на любителя.Жили в номере с балконом.Видно,что в отеле идёт ремонт местами, но нам это совершенно не мешало.Завтрак шведский стол очень понравился. Выбор достаточно большой и всё вкусно!Местоположение отеля нам было очень удобно, так как дела были именно в этом районе.

The staff took good care of our group
Pros:

We travelled with a sport team. The players and staff had a wonderful time. The staff accommodated our changing schedule very well. The facilities are generous and safe. a shopping mall within easy walking distance is a plus for travellers like us.

Отель отказался предоставить отчётные документы для бухгалтерии (в том числе чек об оплате). Так же Hotels.com игнорирует просьбу предоставить какие-либо документы об оплате за проживание в отеле.
