Pros:

La grande chambre, la machine à café , thés. La grande douche et les peignoire de bain.
La proximité du tram des commerces et du logement de notre fils.

Cons:

La chambre était sale drap tâché et troué, la salle de bain sale, la décoration était très vieille et vétuste!! Je suis très déçu, sa ne vaut pas du tout le prix que j ai payé !!

In a nice and quiet area. Good breakfast and nice bar.

Cons:

A/C quit working on day 2. Told the desk and they didn’t much care. Room walls by the bed were filthy. Shower ceiling had some kind of foreign matter or dried liquid on it. Check in and out difficult. Was over charged for an entire night and to have it removed (which I’m still not sure about) was very time consuming and nobody knew how to do anything. NO MGR OR SNYONE ON CHARGE per the desk clerk.

Das Frühstück war gut , das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit auch beim elektronischen Check inund out.

Cons:

Das Bad war mit Badewanne für ältere Menschen ein no Go. Es war auch nicht besonders sauber Habe mich stellenweise geekelt. Ging gar nicht .Klodeckel lose , Betten wurden auch nicht gemacht .

Pros:

Breakfast was nice and delicious. Rooms were clean. Room temperature was low, i tried to increase but never goes up from 20 degrees. They gave us a small fan heater with electricity. And told us that its a common thing in that hotel, that was strange. Staff was helpful. In rainy days you can get an umbrella from lobby.

generally disappointing for the price but good breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast was good - the highlight of the stay, but very expensive.

Cons:

The room was dated looking and the blanket and cushion on the bed was scratchy and old looking, the window didn't close and it was pouring with rain / freezing. We had requested a double room but got twin beds. The shampoo and shower gel wasn't working / we couldn't get anything out. We also paid a service charge on arriving. Given that the arrival is completely automated / no human beings available I'm not sure what the service fee is for?

Pros:

The bar area was very cosy, had a good sleep on the bed. Receptionist lady was very nice

Cons:

The coffee machine and the kettle in the room were visibly very dusty. Dirt was coming out of the coffee maker while making a brew, kettle's lid wouldn't close, no milk was provided for tea and coffee. No bed sheet was provided for the sofa bed.
