Pros:

L' ottima posizione a soli 15 minuti a piedi dall' isola dei musei. La zona molto tranquilla. Il terrazzo della camera. La colazione.

Location was good. Room was quiet. Cleaning staff provided basics

Cons:

Crap reception staff. Uncaring staff. Kitchen closed. We had to force them to help us with parking that they falsely advertise here. Miserly towels. No bartender - they cut staff for August vacation and book large groups if tourists- explain that if you can. They've switched to "self checkin" to apparently minimize customer interaction. NeVER SFAY THERE. Overpriced and understaffed.
