Es war ein Business Trip, und alle meine Bedürfnisse wurden erfüllt.

Ich liebe die Lage des Hotels und habe es vor allem aus diesem Grund bereits mehrfach gebucht.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist ein bisschen in die Jahr gekommen, aber gepflegt!

Great hotel easy to access from the airport.

Quiet and wonderful hotel in a beautiful part of Amsterdam
Pros:

Really great hotel in a beautiful and quiet part of Amsterdam. The outside looks kind of bad, but don’t let that fool you, the inside is wonderful.

Cons:

Spacious room, clean, comfortable beds. Quiet, like we wanted. Kind and helpful staff.

Verrassend goed verblijf voor herhaling vatbaar.

Eigenlijk alles. De ruime kamers, ligging, parkeergelegenheid, zeer vriendelijke medewerkers en het complete ontbijt.

De badkamer is wat gedateerd maar zeer schoon dus eigenlijk niets te klagen

Pros:

Mooie badkamer, bedden lagen heerlijk en comfortabel en moesten in de buurt zijn gelukkig is de tram halte ook aan te lopen.

Cons:

Comminucatie, we hebben bij deze kamer extra late uitcheck geboekt dit ook aangegeven bij aankomst en nog de volgende dag om 12:00 gebelt worden of we nog kwamen uitchecken.

hotel appeared to hav gone through some "cost cutting" exercise - in all the wrong areas. A shame.
Pros:

Breakfast: 10/10 - great buffet breakfast and beautiful breakfast room (modern / clean / sophisticated room .
Staff: very friendly and accommodating.
Hotel Location: perfect for us - quiet neighborhood that was next to central Amsterdam

Cons:

Price Gouging at Check-In: we were surprised at having to pay for early check-in EVEN THOUGH our rooms were ready. I can understand this if it had been advertised in advance; such as "early check-in guarantee is xEuros". Then a customer could decide if the cost was worth it. When I told my family and friends about this policy, they were as surprised as we were at this practice.....very disappointing; very shady. Felt sorry for the staff who had to impose this. How would it serve everyone (guest and hotel alike) to have guests hang out in the lobby for a an hour or so until they were allowed into the room if they decided NOT to pay. For this reason, I will never stay at your hotel again.

Cost of Toothbrush: Yes, I did forget my toothbrush and had to get one at the hotel vending machine for a price that was way above what such a toothbrush should have cost. This may seem like a childish negative comment, but it speaks again to the "price gouging" I expressed above. Most hotels (and I travel a lot) keep such amenities free of charge, as a "nicety" for customers who have forgotten an item.

There were 2 medium, low quality towels and 2 small ones in our room. One set per person. No other amenities. For the price point and star rating of this hotel, this lack is unacceptable in my view.

Van een binnenkant een mooi hotel. De buitenzijde deed niet erg luxe aan. En trouwens vroeg ontbijten! Tot half 11 op zo
Pros:

Erg mooi en centraal gelegen

Cons:

Het was wat stoffig.
De styling liet ook wat te wensen over. Veel stof en spinnenwebben in de kunstbeplanting. Zowel binnen en buiten.

Good price/quality with reasonable connection to Amsterdam South

The price quality and the flexibility of the staff is nice. Also the lobby and bar are actually quite ok

The hotel is dated and the rooms need a fresh update. Seems that the owners are 'sweating the asset'

Buena ubicación.
Pros:

La ubicación de s buena ya que se ve es un barrio tranquilo.

Cons:

Ruido en las habitaciones cercanas a la nuestra .
Pedimos habitación para 3 y nos dieron una cama grande y un “sillón cama” muy precario e incómodo.
El frigobar no enfriaba (lo colocamos en varias temperaturas y nada..)

Довольно таки старые номера и ванная комната. Рядом с отелем стройка и они начинали сильно шуметь с самого утра.
