Pros:

The night before my flight in Amsterdam my phone was stolen in the city center. Unfortunately all my credit cards, flight details, and location information were on it. After asking many people for directions, a police officer eventually helped me get back to the hotel.

The next morning Bente at the front desk was extremely helpful. She kindly let me use her personal phone for about an hour so I could contact my family, and she even brought me a coffee while I was sorting things out. My sister was able to check me in for my flight online from home, and Bente also printed my boarding passes for me.

I really appreciate her kindness and willingness to help. Small things like this make a big difference when traveling. Thank you, Bente, and the team at Bilderberg Garden Hotel.

Питьевую воду в номера.
Pros:

Расположено в спокойном районе в быстрой доступности от центра (на транспорте 15 минут). Комната просторная.

Cons:

Не было питьевой воды в номере. Гостиница без услуг "экстра" (бассейн и т.п.) В остальном все отлично.

Pros:

Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Yemekleri temiz ve lezzetliydi. Kahvaltı da aynı şekilde, Gayet rahat ettim. Otel temiz ve düzenliydi.

Cons:

Hava sıcak olduğu için odanın 22 derece olması sıkıntı yaratmadı. Ancak soğuk havalarda sıkıntı yaratabilir. Klimayı İstediğimiz ayara getirme özgürlüğümüzün olmasını tercih ederdim.

Hotelgebouw heel gedateerd en achterstallig onderhoud. Is zeker toe aan opknappen. In het hotel geen receptie meer maar op een tablet zelf inchecken

Excellent hotel and Location.
Pros:

Good location with tram/bus links to get around. Breakfast was excellent and a cosy bar for pre dinner/after dinner. Staff very friendly and helpful. Ideal if visiting museums & concert hall.

Cons:

The bar is not always manned as they seem to do other jobs, so you can wait to be served.

Prachtige plek maar door temperatuur op slaapkamer niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

De plek van hotel, je kon lopend naar allerlei super bestemmingen. De wijk is ook prachtig.
Kamers zijn mooi,ontbijt is heerlijk.

Cons:

De temperatuur op de slaapkamer. Die was 23 graden Celsius en niet naar beneden te krijgen. Met die hitte was slapen een ramp.

Zeer onbehulpzaam personeel! Oprecht onaardig en onvriendelijk. Gereserveerde (en bevestigde) parkeerplaatsen waren niet beschikbaar. Communicatie en bejegening absoluut ondermaats.
