Uitstekend hotel in mooie buurt, rustig en op loopafstand van het Concertgebouw

Locatie en ruime schone rustige kamerkamer

Cons:

Zelf inchecken, leuker wanneer je gewoon door iemand, de receptionist, wordt ingecheckt.
Er kwam wel iemand bij om eventueel te helpen…
Het is leuker en voelt meer welkom wanneer je met een vriendelijke lach door iemand achter een balie wordt ingecheckt en welkom wordt geheten…

Great location, close to the tram to go into city.
Hotel was comfortable, nice bar and restaurant and breakfast very good

Pros:

The staff was friendly, there was a good breakfast.

Cons:

The room was toooo cold, there was no heating and the AC wasn't able to heat the room, despite all the time we set the temperature to the maximum.

Pleasant and enjoyable stay

Cons:

Only 1 normal teabag and 2 very small milk sachets in the room. Would have expected more for 2 people sharing

A great stay in Amsterdam
Pros:

Great hotel, Staff were absolutely fantastic. I had messaged before for a restaurant recommendation for a special occasion and they gave us a great list of perfect choices and gave us a lovely surprise with our room decorated when we arrived which was so thoughtful. Room was clean and comfortable, bed was absolutely massive. Fab location, so peaceful and easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go.

Cons:

Only complaint about the room is that it was cold. I am ususally much too hot in hotels so it's not a huge deal but it was quite chilly and I struggled to regulate the temperature in the room with the system they had. Our room was spotless when we arrived but during our stay I felt little details were lacking - for example I made tea one evening and the following day everything was replaced but the dirty spoon was left behind. Very minor complaints and we were so happy with our stay overall.

Cons:

Recepcjonista która pomagała przy meldowaniu, powinna być bardziej wyrozumiała, raczej nie doceniam jej poziomu komunikacji, nie było to miłe powstanie w hotelu.
