Pros:

Locatie en personeel erg hulpvaardig en aardig! Wilde overal mee helpen. Ontbijt was ook erg goed! Kamers heerlijk. Erg netjes en schoon, maar dat mag ook wel voor Euro 350,00 per nacht! Overprized!

Cons:

De prijs was niet normaal, per nacht Euro 350,00 niet normaal. Was ook moeilijk om te parkeren voor het hotel. Was wel handig, maar in no time had ik 2 bekeuringen van bijna 200 euro per stuk! Dus pas op!

Tolle Lage, nie wieder
Pros:

Die Lage ist super: bequem per Auto anreisen und dann ein halbstündiger Marsch zu den Museen und in die City.

Cons:

Personal war nicht sehr kompetent, eher uninteressiert.
Unser Zimmer wurde vergessen zu reinigen und die Rezeptionistin hat 10 Minuten versucht, Gründe zu finden, ob nicht wir Schuld daran seien ( ob wir aufgeräumt hätten, ob wir Reinigung abbestellt hätten, ob wir „Bitte nicht stören“ draußen gehabt hätten, ob wir noch im Zimmer gewesen wären), keine Entschuldigung, keine Kompensation, kein Nachlass o. ä.

Thr hotel didnt look like 5 star. More like 3. No facilities like spa, gym or pool. Location was close to the shopping area however the specific location seemed around residential blocks. Hotel seemed dark(not contemporary dark but more like old dark) from inside. It is ok for a transit stay or one night stay but boring for a longer length stay.

Es la primera vez que me quedo en este hotel, aunque ya conocía el barrio que me parece ideal para quedarse sobre todo si llegas en tren desde Bruselas ya que los trenes tienen como destino la estación "Amsterdam Sur" apenas a 3 paradas de tranvía del hotel. Es un barrio muy elegante de los años 20 y cerca tienes tiendas y restaurantes así como paradas de tranvía para moverte por la ciudad o simplemente puedes ir caminando. Es un hotel moderno, tuvimos una habitación enorme, muy cómoda, con buenas camas y todos los servicios (nevera, caja fuerte, cafetera). El baño así como el resto de la habitación era muy nuevo (destaco la comodidad de la ducha). También muy tranquilo. No utilicé el servicio de desayuno pero sí comentar que tiene unas máquinas distribuidoras de comida y bebida en caso de necesidad. El precio era elevado como siempre en Amsterdam pero considerando la relación calidad-precio esta era razonable. El personal amable.
