Das Zimmer war ganz schön .

Cons:

Leider waren wir enttäuscht: Erst bei der Anreise haben wir erfahren, dass Wellnessbereich und Hotel bereits am nächsten Tag schließen. Diese Information hätten wir vorab gebraucht – wir wären sonst gar nicht angereist.

Zimmer und Therme waren in Ordnung, das Essen eher enttäuschend. Besonders schade: Es gab kein Entgegenkommen beim Preis oder eine Möglichkeit zur kurzfristigen Stornierung.

Vielleicht sollte das Hotel überlegen, am Schließtag (z. B. für Renovierungen) den Betrieb zumindest noch für den ganzen Tag aufrechtzuerhalten, damit alle Gäste ihren Aufenthalt vollständig nutzen können. Wir wissen zudem, dass diese Information auch anderen Gästen gefehlt hat – unabhängig davon, ob direkt oder über Booking gebucht wurde.

Insgesamt daher kein überzeugender Aufenthalt.

Großes, abwechslungsreiches Buffet am Abend. Vor 2 Jahren neu renovierte Zimmer.

Cons:

Über dem Nachttisch ist ein Kleiderkasten angebracht, der sehr niedrig hängt - in der gleichen Breite wie der Nachttisch, sodass jedesmal beim Aufstehen/Hinlegen nur Milimeter fehlten um sich den Kopf anzuschlagen.
