Pros:

Sehr gute Lage zu den Ausflug Zielen.
Hotel modern, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die direkte Verbindung zur Therme ist perfekt.
Essen vielfältig, sehr gut und für jeden etwas dabei.

Wir werden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Prachtige locatie met zeer comfortabele kamers

Cons:

Personeel in het restaurant zeer onvriendelijk soms. Ook vooraf al zeggen, je krijgt geen hele fles wijn of ik kom eraan op een onvriendelijke manier… Te hecht team die niet altijd klant oriënteert zijn.

Wunderbar
Pros:

Schöne und geräumige Zimmer. Direkter Zugang via Chip zu der tollen Thermen- und Saunenlandschaft. Vielfältiges Sportangebot. Frühstück und Abendessen waren außergewöhnlich lecker und enorm vielfältig. Wunderbarer Ausblick auf das Grimming-Massiv. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets bemüht.

Salzkammergut- immer eine Reise wert
Pros:

Lage des Clubs ist herausragend

Das Essen ist nach wie vor sehr gut

Cons:

Es wurden keine Badaccessoirs wie Shampoo, Duschdas etc zur Verfügung gestellt.

Auch finden wir es schade, dass der Küchenchef Ludwig den Club verlassen hat.

An der Abendunterhaltung lässt sich der Rotstift des Sparens deutlich erkennen.

Für uns als Pärchen nix & nicht wieder
Pros:

Zimmer modern. - aber.. beim luxus Suite möchte ich eben nicht Balkon teilen mit anderen Zimmern. Die Rezeptionistin wusste nicht mal; dass das der Fall ist. Zimmer zwar schön - aber keine Luftungsanlage.

Cons:

Essen hat nicht überzeugt; war nicht lecker. Eher Gefühl eine gr Kantine.

Spa/sauna kein personal an die Bar bis 13:00.. kein wasser..

Program ? Kaum was..

Hauswein beim Abendessen kostenlos zwar nett, aber billiger Wein..

Amazing Austria
Pros:

Everything was amazing: the hotel, the location, spa and the services. Very good food and drinks but we loved the most the outdoor pools. On the last evening there was a light rain and we were able to swim in the rain so it was a beautiful feeling.

Cons:

The closing of the restaurant at 20.30. I think they could prolong their schedule at least 21.00.
