Great location but odd smell due to location on staircase of kitchen and lack of suitable fans / air flow.
Pros:

Cons:

Very smelly from kitchen beneath.
Odd door system which didn’t feel safe - unclear fire exits.
Tiny bathroom - not suited to the number of people the apartment was for.

Location Excellent very easy to walk to most areas - very cozy unit for 2 we were in Unit 7
Had umbrella, tea , coffee facility with a stove and microwave.

Cons:

A little cold - but found a heater , also oven had been used by previous peeps and not cleaned. Missed a few items , tin opener. No kitchen hand towel.. plus needed to do washing and not enough powder.

La situation ideale au coeur de Gamla Stan, l'amabilité du personnel, l'ambiance et la déco, le confort et les équipements du studio, le petit déjeuner varié et copieux...

Cons:

Baignoire non encastrée (et rideau en plastique) peu pratique pour se doucher, avec petite fuite au robinet.

Great property and location!
Pros:

We stayed in the penthouse for two nights. The unit was vey nice, two floors, and quite spacious overall. The building was very quiet, which we appreciated. The location is outstanding, a three minute walk from the metro, and close to everything in Gamla Stan. It is one stop to Central Station.

Pros:

Vi var ett kompisgäng som hyrde etagevåning. Jättemysig lägenheten och perfekt och mysigt läge i gamla stan. Personalen var mycket trevliga och serviceinriktade. Kommer defenetivt boka lägenheten igen.

Exceeded our expectations
Pros:

Very good location. Excellent breakfast. The restaurant was outstanding and we were lucky to get a table without booking in advance, next time we will book early. The flat had everything we needed and a washing machine. 15 mins flat walk from central station.

Very clean and bed very comfortable. Liked that there was both a bath and shower. Excellent location. Very quiet.
