Great stay overall
Pros:

Friendly staff, room was clean/comfortable & a cosy lobby bar

Cons:

I want to emphasise this neighbourhood is very safe & calm.

“street view rooms” aren’t fully soundproof, so trams/cars can disturb light-sleepers.

-Only the morning breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful
-The location close to the park
-The hotel is good but the main touches like cleaning, water refill was broken

Cons:

The room floor was dusty, even when its been cleaned everyday they don't dust the floor.
The bedsheet for 7 night didnt change
The shampoo and conditioner was not refilled
The laundry services was very expensive not considering kids clothes to be different.

i loved the staff, location, and the amenities inside the room!
Pros:

i loved the room! even though it was small, it had everything we needed and a ton of storage space. i love vondeelpark so it was very convenient that it was close to the hotel. the hotel's area was also very quiet which is nice and it is close to a tram stop which made it easy to get into the city center.

Would highly recommend for families
Pros:

Beautiful, peaceful location. Would recommend a junior suite with a view of the park. We made very good use of the balcony. Easy access to central Amsterdam via tram.

Buon albergo in ottima zona, prezzo di fascia medio alta (catena Radisson)
Pros:

camere modernamente arredate, molto silenziose, buon livello generale di pulizia, ascensori per gli ospiti (rarità ad Amsterdam). Macchina Nespresso disponibile in camera.
L'albergo è in una tranquilla zona residenziale adiacente al VondelPark. RiJksmuseum e VanGoghmuseum raggiungibili anche a piedi, Centro Città a soli 10 minuti grazie ad un ottimo servizio pubblico (tram linea 2 che raggiunge la Stazione Centrale). Le camere sono mediamente più piccole della media ed i bagni sono minuscoli. Sconsiglio più valigie, soprattutto se da stiva.

Cons:

Il servizio di pulizia delle camere è efficace ma forse inadeguato al numero di camere dell'hotel (è un 4 stelle), probabilmente a causa del ridotto numero di addetti. Ho sostato tre notti e la pulizia della mia camera è avvenuta ogni giorno solo dopo sollecitazioni dirette fatte al desk e comunque sempre dopo le 16,30/17.00. Se desiderate fare un riposino pomeridiano, non è l'albergo per voi a meno che la mattina non concordiate l'orario del servizio attraverso il desk.
Nella camere e nel bagno nessun set di cortesia per gli ospiti, come invece è d'uso nei 4 stelle.

Great, quiet location for park walks and commuting into town with an excellent breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast was the best we had on our 3 week tour of Europe, including four countries. The hotel had a decent gym and was located next to a great walking park as well as tram stops to explore other parts of the city.

Cons:

I struggle to find any negatives associated with this property as it was everything we were looking for...
