Quiet, calm location with lots of greenery
Pros:

I have repeatedly returned to this hotel because it is quiet, next to beautiful Vondelpark, and has nicely designed rooms (although some are on small side). Access to a rental bike outside hotel doors makes this a perfect spot to explore Amsterdam like a native.

Pros:

Cozy atmosphere, good music everywhere in the hotel, bar and restaurant. Excellent food and service in the TOZI. Excellent location, I love Amsterdam-Zuid vibe.

Cons:

The TV didn't work in the room and they could fix it during my stay.

Good hotel but little touches can make it great!
Pros:

The hotel is right next to Vondelpark which is so beautiful. The bar and restaurant are good food and very good service. Staff is very kind and responsible. Family Rooms are okay.

Cons:

Housekeeping was not to our expectations. We had to change rooms the day we arrived because of a broken window. Hotel was kind and prompt in assisting. However, in the new room cupboards were not dusted inside.
I didn’t enjoy the smell of bleach in bedding.

Good hotel
Pros:

The location was great in terms of it seeming safe and quiet. The restaurant and bar were lovely, and the staff was helpful.

Cons:

The rooms were pretty small and the ac doesn't run continuously so it was humid

Pros:

Friendly staff & lovely stay. Loved the room upgrade and inclusion of a Peonie (as requested) as part of the flower bouquet that I ordered.

Cons:

The new bike rental app is a frustration and disappointment. It takes away from the romantic local experience that the hotel’s previous over-the-counter bike rental service offered.

Great location
Pros:

Excellent location next to Vondelpark and at a very quiet neighborhood. The room was comfortable and very clean.

Cons:

The hotel restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday and we could not have dinner or lunch in the hotel. There should be more room service options.
