It was ok we have stayed in a lot better hotels for less price
Pros:

Convenient to where we wanted to go

Cons:

The room we had didn't have any view we paid the same amount of money as our friends and thry got level 15 water views and we got level 2 roof view with workmen constantly walking passed and coukd see in our room so we had to keep the blinds closed

楽しかったです。
Pros:

ホノルルの中心にあるホテルなので観光しやすかったです。
シルクドゥソレイユ『アウアナ』をホテル内で観ました。素晴らしかったです。

Cons:

最上階の部屋でしたが、空調の音がうるさかったです。洗面のお湯が出てくるまで時間がかかりました。

My family and I will never stay at an Outrigger Hotel ever again. The Auana show is amazing.

The Location and the Auana show. The show was fantastic!!! The room was very clean.

Cons:

Being lied to. I reserved an Ocean View king bedroom. What I received was a partial view king bedroom. When I went down to inquire about the room issue, I was told that since I requested a high-floor room, Outrigger deems this room an Ocean View room. Furthermore, I was told that Booking.com sometimes uses stock photos and that the photos on the Booking.com website could be wrong and not a true description of the room. The check-in staff then said I should, in the future, go to their website and book because their photos are correct. I was blown away by this information. Staff never offered to correct the issue. I looked at their website the following day, and Booking.com and Outrigger photos depicting Ocean View room are the same!!! And the partial Ocean View room on the Outrigger website looks like the photo I took from my balcony. Actually, our room had less of a view than the photos on their website for a partial-view room. See the photos attached. The Outrigger check-in staff totally lied to me. The next day, I asked to talk to a manager and was told no one was available. I then asked for a card for the Manager, and the staff didn't know where one was. Everyone, be aware of what you reserve because it may not be what you get, or just find a different Hotel. Totally Ridiculous !!!! The worst thing about this was that I was here visiting my parents, who are buried in Punchbowl National Cemetery.

Update: I emailed Outrigger after their response and said they could contact me. It has been 4 days and I have heard nothing!
