Pros:

Location to beach and shopping excellent

Cons:

Housekeeping was late in the day and there was confusion about cleaning the room daily vs every other day.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable & quiet, adequate food facilities, great on-site show (Cirque De Soleil "Auana").

Cons:

Cons:

Sur notre balcon, le bruit du système de ventilation du voisin faisait un bruit insupportable très fort.

Il nous est arrivé de ne pas avoir de chaises à la piscine car tout était pris.

Pros:

The central location

Cons:

Room not ready on arrival and were told by staff for $50 per night we could up grade to an ocean view room. Found out it was an extra $70 USD per night with tax, upgrade fee etc. when we went to the room we realised it only had partial water views which is what I originally paid for. I was assured they would charge the original price but I am now home and the extra price is still pending on my card.

Loved location, the pool and spa. The staff at cafe were exceptional.

Cons:

Aircon in room struggled on really hot days. Some days the pool needed to be cleaned due to use by kids.
