Great location, rooms need to be upgraded, and customer service needs to be worked on.

The location was great and convenient to everything.

Cons:

Our tv did not work for the 3 days we were here after asking about it several times it was never fixed. Two of the lights in the room were broke and did not work. Our keycard had to be reprogrammed 4xs because it would not work. The pool was filthy, so we did not use it.
