By far the worst Holiday Inn ever!!

Bathroom lighting, front desk staff, breakfast

Cons:

Bathroom light/fan was very loud, toilet paper holder broken, water pressure bad, some outlets not working. The whole place needs work!!

The HBO movie channel was not accessible for our stay. The diverter for the shower was hard to operate.

We will definitely keep this place on our short list for Nashville stays.
Pros:

The staff was exceptional! They were just super nice and it did make a difference. A short Uber ride to and from the downtown music scene was about $12 each way. Room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. Coffee out the door was fresh ground and great. Breakfast looked good but we didn't stay for it.

Pros:

Breakfast bar did not open on time. 15 minutes late. We wanted to get on the road. No oat meal.

Cons:

We had to go to 3 different rooms. One was not cleaned yet and the other the lock wasn't working . Very disappointing after traveling all day.

Pros:

For some reason we were placed in an accessible room, no big deal except it smelled like urine. The bed wasn't a normal hotel bed, and squeaked with every move. The bed was the cleanest thing in the room thankfully.
