La habitación en un rincón del hotel, ruidosa, la nevera no funcionaba, la ducha sin jabón y para completar estaban realizando arreglos a la edificación y encontrándome en paños menores el personal de obra ingresó al balcón a realizar trabajos.

Durante nuestra estadía, notamos algunos aspectos que consideramos importante mejorar.

En primer lugar, la atención de algunas personas del personal fue un poco brusca al momento de comunicarse, especialmente en recepción. Allí nos informaron que mi hijo de 14 años debía pagar como adulto; sin embargo, la aplicación lo había categorizado como niño. Incluso nos indicaron que debíamos pagar un valor adicional. Considero que este tipo de situaciones deberían revisarse directamente entre el hotel y la aplicación para evitar generar incomodidades al huésped.

Adicionalmente, percibimos que las almohadas tenían olor a perfume, como si no hubieran sido cambiadas adecuadamente.

El gimnasio cuenta con dotación insuficiente, lo cual limita su uso.

Por último, en las habitaciones con balcón se observan grumos de ladrillo, lo que afecta la apariencia y el acabado del espacio.

100% recomendado

Las camas son súper cómodas, una vista increíble, a nosotros nos tocó nivel 7. El desayuno es aceptable, la atención es muy buena.

Nos ayudaron a gestionar reserva a guatape y fue genial, también me ayudaron a imprimir una hoja que necesitaba. Por lo que sin duda lo recomiendo.

Cons:

No me gustó que no den aguas de cortesía, el agua es fundamental y deberían al menos tener algún lugar para rellenar botellas de agua en el nivel si no van a dejar botellas de agua de cortesía en la habitación.
