Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, das Personal ist freundlich und das Hotel sauber.

Cons:

Wir haben uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil sie bei der Buchung angeben, die Zimmer seien 42m2 gross. Wir haben ein Eckzimmer bekommen, das maximal halb so gross war. Hier hätte ich ein Entgegenkommen erwartet.

five star excellent
Pros:

I brought my teenage daughters there for a country music concert and some shopping. The location was amazing. The staff was so helpful. It was nice to valet my car and not worry about it. Our room was very large and spacious. It was very clean the shopping and restaurants were so fun. We will definitely return soon.

Pleasant stay in Chicago downtown
Pros:

Overall our stay was goo, the location is perfect for city exploring. One of our rooms had a beautiful city view ( corner King suite). The rooms were very comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

No parking, the one they suggested at front desk was very complex to book (you would need to install the app first but it didn't work and the lady at front desk was not able to explain how we can book.) .

uma boa opção em Chicago
Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado, os quartos são muito espaçosos e confortáveis, a vista do meu quarto era incrível. O hotel aceitou early check in, recebeu todos os meus pacotes, sem problemas.
