Loved the Stay, could use some work
Pros:

Loved the hotel, all of the inside view. Was amazing and spacious. Loved the staff, they were so helpful and kind , and understanding. Was comfortable and roomy. Mostly loved it for that aspect. Breakfast was amazing as well, and the cook making the omelets was super helpful and amazing as well.

Cons:

The bathroom itself, the walls were ripping itself off behind the toliet. There was no toliet paper when we got in, the shower kept leaking out of the tub and soaked the bathroom floor no matter how we adjusted the shower current, and the sink was clogged. Wish there was pillows on the sofa too. Got an offer that if we would like to upgrade to a late checkout at 3, but were actually told it was at 2, so we had to rush to get out. But the staff were very kind about it, but wished we had a better understanding on that part.

Attention to detail would have made the stay better.
Pros:

The lobby and scenery was really nice.

Cons:

The cleanliness was mid. Maybe my room just need a upgrade? Wallpaper was peeling off, microwave, tub was not the cleanest. White bed sheets had stains one on them. Drawers and closet dusty.

Our room was a bit dirty tub hadn’t been clean up could see footprints still as well as one of the lights not working too well in restroom until our second day there it like auto fixed. As well as communicated with them that my kids had left a tablet(my fault) but thy said they would reach back out to me and never did like I said my fault but lack of accountability to respond back.
