Room was spacious , bathroom could use upgrade. Loved the fact that the rooms were all inside and kids could walk back and forth to other rooms (we were there for a softball tournament)
Nice stay! We arrived around 11pm to a full noisy lobby! Full of people! I know there was a softball tournament but for courtesy for the other guest it should have been shut down at that time
Everything
There was nothing I didn’t like
🛑 SAFETY HAZARDS & HOSTILE SERVICE: Do Not Stay Here with Family!
Our family vacation to celebrate our son’s 5th birthday was completely ruined by this property. The safety failures, hostile staff, and disgusting conditions were so severe that we were forced to check out an entire day early.
⚠️ Major Safety Failures & Child Endangerment
Broken Room Door (Room 703): The door mechanism was heavily jammed, causing my wife a shoulder injury just trying to open it. Worse, it failed to latch properly. Because of this mechanical failure, our 5-year-old son slipped out undetected and wandered the 7th-floor high-rise corridor alone.
Negligent Management: We reported this critical safety hazard to management twice. Both times we were promised immediate service, and both times it was completely ignored. No room change or remedy was ever offered.
❌ Hostile Profiling & Hypocritical "Security"
When my wife accidentally locked her ID and key in the room, she went to the lobby in swimwear with our children to get a replacement. Instead of following standard identity verification protocols, the front desk agent publicly profiled, humiliated, and scolded her in front of other guests, literally laughing at her when she became visibly upset.
When I intervened calmly, the agent became defensive and walked away. The ultimate irony? He eventually accepted a digital photo of my ID from my smartphone to issue the key—a massive violation of actual hotel compliance.
Meanwhile, the hotel gift shop charged items directly to our room with zero verification, name, or ID checks, exposing us to rampant financial fraud. They only care about "security" when it involves power-tripping on a guest.
🤢 Disgusting, Run-Down Facilities
The property is completely dilapidated. The carpets throughout were heavily stained and emitted a foul odor. The couch and mattresses were broken down and filthy.
We paid extra for a balcony room, but it was completely unusable due to an unchecked infestation of thousands of spiders, proving pest control is non-existent.
The breakfast was inedible, the staff across the property were uniformly miserable and annoyed by basic hospitality requests, and the pool area was unmonitored with volatile, disruptive guests.
💼 Insulting Resolution
When I brought this to the property manager the next day, he offered a superficial apology and an arcade voucher (at a property where games cost an astronomical rate). He then tried to excuse his staff's extreme hostility by claiming the hotel is heavily utilized by the Witness Protection Program and under high stress due to recent security breaches. If this property is housing high-risk individuals under federal protection, it should not be marketed as a Disneyland-adjacent family hotel—especially when they cannot even maintain a functioning door lock on the 7th floor to protect a toddler.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. It is a severe corporate liability, a safety hazard for children, and a miserable environment. We are demanding a full refund and a corporate investigation from Hilton.
Location was pretty good, breakfast bar was great, staff was okay
1) Security was average, many people were partying in the parking lot being very noisy and we called down to the front desk to complain but it took a long time for the police to break it up.
2) We experienced a toilet back up and the response to it was minimal.
3) We booked the hotel suite for a total of 6 people but there were not nearly enough bath towels to cover everyone, I called down to the front desk several times to get more towels.
4) The two main elevators by the front desk, only one was operable and it took a long time to get to our room every time we had to leave or return to our room. The stairwell was not to be used because it was only in the event of an emergency, huge life safety violation, (I’m a retired Fire Marshal so I know).
5) I did not like the $25 per day charge for parking, most times parking was limited, both me and my spouse are disabled and it was difficult getting to the front door
Great location
Need to upgrade
Okay t
worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was filthy, with spiders, dried dog feces, hair on the pillows, stained walls and furniture, dirty carpets, and a terrible smell. My family and I have pet allergies, and we had to take allergy medication every day because the room triggered constant sneezing.
I asked the front desk to switch our room, but they said nothing was available. This stay was extremely disappointing and not worth the price. I also have video. I can’t share it here.
Wonderful time was had. Thank you to all the staff. We’ll be back real soon!
Breakfast. Made to order omelette was a treat!
My room was close to a airconditioner compressor that was circling on & off.
It’s was nice and comfortable
Nicely sized room but outdated and worn. It was clean, and comfortable, and a little icky to look at. Broken bathroom panel, stained and cracked toilet caulking, loose toilet seat and loud rattling fan. And a weird musty/mildew smell in the closet. I could hear the highway quite loudly at night, glad I brought earplugs. The saving grace is the staff…warm, friendly, helpful, could not say enough about the quality of people who work here. It would not take much to bring the room up to par… I hope that Hilton will see to it.
