Room cleanliness was poor along with the carpets throughout the facility. 4pm check in time is pathetic and $25 for parking is a ripoff. It took 15 minutes before help showed up at t he front desk. The sliding door in the bedroom couldn't be locked because the building had shifted so much the door was not squar in the frame, so if the people in the rooms next to me wanted to enter my room it would have been very easy!

Date the shoes were discovered missing: Saturday, September 12, 2026

The five pairs of shoes were kept together inside a bag in our hotel room. We noticed on Saturday, September 12, that the bag containing the shoes was no longer there.

We immediately brought this matter to the attention of the hotel and have already coordinated with Ana, the Housekeeping Supervisor, regarding the missing belongings. We appreciate her assistance; however, since five pairs of personal belongings have gone missing from inside our room, we would now like this matter to be formally investigated and escalated to hotel management.

We respectfully request that the hotel:

1. Investigate all housekeeping activity associated with our room during our stay.
2. Review the housekeeping records showing which employees entered our room and on which dates.
3. Review any available security/CCTV footage that may assist with the investigation.
4. Check with Housekeeping and Lost & Found to determine whether the bag or shoes were removed or turned in.
5. Provide us with a written response regarding the outcome of the investigation.
6. Advise us regarding the hotel’s policy and process for reimbursement/compensation for personal belongings missing from a guest room.

The fact that five pairs of shoes were together in one bag is particularly concerning. These were our personal belongings and were kept inside our room. We did not remove them from the room or leave them elsewhere in the hotel.

I understand the destination is by attractions but charging for the parking was not really a big seller for me especially the location and no secured parking.
